| ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are tentative and subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. SPOOKSMODEL CONTEST In 2009, we will be hosting our second annual "Fangoria's Weekend Of Horrors SpooksModel Contest". Our inaugural event was a tremendous success and with your help, we are looking forward to making 2009 even bigger and better. The collective Semi-Finalists have been posted on-line for Internet voting. During the online voting process, Semi-Finalists are encouraged to promote themselves so that they may become one of the 13 finalists. The 13 finalists will be chosen based on the number of votes they receive online. Once the 13 finalists are determined, we will have a conclusionary round of online voting and all 13 finalists will be invited to the Finals, which will take place at our Los Angeles Weekend Of Horrors. At the convention contestants will be rated by a panel of celebrity judges on their responses to a brief Q & A, their best Glamour Pose, their best Horror Pose, a 2-minute talent routine, the amount of online votes they receive and finally, the overall response they get from the live audience. All of these factors will be tallied to determine who will be crowned as the 2009-2010 Fangoria's Weekend Of Horrors Spooksmodel and receive 1k cash and prize package. Horror and beautiful talented women go hand-in-hand and that is why we are building these fantastic events. If you look at the history of Horror, there has been a bevy of stunning and strong female characters in all facets from the muse to the creator, the protagonist to the antagonist and beyond. We want to celebrate that Horror "Herstory" and spotlight the next generation of contributors. Exhibit booth and sponsorship sales are now underway. COSTUME CONTEST Certainly one of the most colorful of all events at the convention is the famous Fango Costume Competitions. After decades of success with our "Creepy Costume Contests", we are looking forward to taking them to the next level! In each city, the costume contest will have celebrity and industry pro judges along with our enthusiastic crowd responses determining the very best of the best. Hordes of contestants as well as enormous crowds of spectators will be on hand to see the competitors vying for $1k (LA & NY) and $500 (CHI) in cash and prizes. Horror, Make-Up and Costumes go hand-in-hand and we recognize how much fun and entertainment comes from an event with costumed characters. We want to nurture the fans exploration of their artistic expression and reward those with extraordinary talent. So don't miss out! TERRIFYING TATTOO CONTEST After the tremendous success of our inaugural "Terrifying Tattoo Contest", we are looking forward to 2009's competitions. At this year’s Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors events Tattoo Savage will be on hand to help judge the Terrifying Tattoo Savage Contest, as well setting up photo studios to capture all of your horrific ink! Come join the party with Tattoo Savage as they capture all the horror and terror that Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors is known for! Maybe you'll be in an upcoming issue! Celebrity and tattoo pro judges determine the very best of the best in Horror Tattoos. Categories may include: Goriest, Scariest, Best Portrait, Best Color and so on. They will be rated on Technical ability (clean lines, consistent shading, vibrant colors), Artistic ability (placement, originality, flow, style) and Overall effect (impact, aesthetic view). Hordes of contestants as well as enormous crowds of spectators will be on hand to see the competitors vying for at least 1k in prizes at each event. Horror and Tattoos go hand-in-hand and that is why we are building these fantastic events. If you look at any of the many fantastic tattoo websites, publications and TV shows you will see that an overwhelming amount of the art is of a horror nature. Whether it's a portrait of Boris Karloff as Frankenstein's Monster or a simple skull and crossbones, it's obvious that the Tattoo community loves Horror and the Horror community loves Tattoos. With all the fake autographs out there on on-line auction sites this is the absolute best way to know that your autograph is real! Non-rushed hand signed signatures: bring your item to be signed (or buy a photo or collectible at the event if you prefer) and you'll get your item signed in person! Many of the autographs are included in our Gold and Preferred Weekend Packages but if you want more than one signature of a celebrity (or you are not in one of the package deals) you should purchase these autograph tickets. If you are a package holder with the autographs included and also buy more below you will get ALL your items signed at the same time.

Autographs Note: Patrons must bring an item for celebrities to sign. You can bring something from home or purchase a photo or other collectible in the vendors room. Please feel free to purchase as many autograph tickets of a particular celebrity as you'd like.
Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. You must have an admission ticket to the convention to get autographs or photo ops.

Due to the economy, we realize everyone is suffering financially and we want to help everyone in this tough time by lowering our vendor table rate at this event to $250 for the weekend! That's a savings of $100 off the original price. We thank our current vendors for signing up early and are providing you a $100 credit to your accounts. For those who have yet to sign on, space is still available, but act quickly because space is going fast.
Each table purchased comes with 2 chairs at only $250 a piece for the weekend. Each booth (10' X 8' which includes 1 table, 2 chairs, pipe and drape and locations in the prime spaces of the facility) is only $750 a piece for the weekend.

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees as described above. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
