AUTOGRAPH TICKETS

With all the fake autographs out there on on-line auction sites this is the absolute best way to know that your autograph is real! Non-rushed hand signed signatures: bring your item to be signed (or buy a photo or collectible at the event if you prefer) and you'll get your item signed in person! Many of the autographs are included in our Gold and Preferred Weekend Packages but if you want more than one signature of a celebrity (or you are not in one of the package deals) you should purchase these autograph tickets. If you are a package holder with the autographs included and also buy more below you will get ALL your items signed at the same time.

Autographs Note: Patrons must bring an item for celebrities to sign. You can bring something from home or purchase a photo or other collectible in the vendors room. Please feel free to purchase as many autograph tickets of a particular celebrity as you'd like. However, if you purchase 5 or more tickets for an individual celebrity you may be asked to get your signatures at the end of the autograph line. Thanks for understanding.

Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. You must have an admission ticket to the convention to get autographs or photo ops.

The world's biggest gathering of horror fans just got bigger: for years we've turned away fans because our space was too small. That problem has been solved with our triumphant return to the LOS ANGELES CONVENTION CENTER! Horror finally takes its rightful place, in world class convention centers. This should be the biggest and best FANGO ever! Join us for the selling frenzy: Each table purchased comes with 2 chairs at only $350 a piece for the weekend. Each booth (10' X 8' which includes 1 table, 2 chairs, pipe and drape and locations in the prime spaces of the facility) is only $1000 a piece for the weekend.

GES is the official decorator for The LA Fango Convention. Vendors may move in a maximum of 200 lbs. themselves as long as they are using POVs (privately owned small passenger vehicles) - automobiles, mini-vans and SUVs. Company trucks, rental trucks, trailers, bobtail trucks and higher weights must use GES teamsters to move items on/off the show floor while they are on hand. Vendors that wish to hire GES to move goods in/out of the convention center can do so on the basis of standard labor rates or take advantage of the "cartload service" that is also an offered option. Vendors with special booth builds must utilize GES decorators for booth assembly; this does not apply to vendors who rent tables or standard pipe and drape booths with no carpentry build. GES offers complete rental, carpentry and decorator services on an a la carte basis, electrical is contracted through the LACC (The electrical, phone line, internet etc. applications are listed on the LACC web site - click on the 2009 forms. Any vendor wanting those services can order directly through GES.) - Audio visual rentals are contracted through Show Gear Productions (forms contained within the GES Fango Exhibitors Kit). Hotel parking:

You can walk to the Convention Center from the hotel.

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees as described above. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
