For seven seasons, the ABC hit TV series Once Upon a Time swept fans away with magical storytelling, lovable characters and a clever retelling of the fairytale classics we all grew up with. Although the series ended in 2018, we are all still dedicated fans of the show and the stars who brought the Storybrooke characters to life!

That’s why we are excited to be able to roll out the fantastical red carpet once again for a very special Official Once Upon a Time Reunion Convention in New Jersey! We’re gathering some of the talented cast to appear in-person to help us continue to celebrate our love for the series with our fellow fans. The three-day convention will be filled with marvelous guest panels, toe-tapping live music, fun activities, photo ops, autograph signings and much more! With your admission ticket, we guarantee you a seat to the Once Upon a Time party you won’t want to miss!

On Friday, the charming and funny Chris Gauthier, aka Smee, kicks off the weekend as your host, and then on Saturday and Sunday, the talented Lee Arenberg, aka Leroy/Grumpy, joins us!

These two will keep you laughing throughout the convention, as they introduce guest panels and much more!

Concert


The Once Upon a Concert, which takes place on Saturday, is a magical evening that features talented Once stars -- including Sean Maguire, Jared Gilmore, Chris Gauthier, Beverley Elliott, Lee Arenberg, Gil McKinney and Karen David – who will be performing classic Disney songs as well as other great live music. There could be other fun surprises, too! Guests are tentative and subject to change.

The concert is included in the Gold, Silver or Copper admission packages and you get to keep your same reserved seats that you have during the day. Convention admission passes are not required to purchase a concert ticket or attend the concert. A la carte concert tickets are $40 and can be purchased on our website or on-site at the convention.

Karaoke Party


There’s no better way to cap off your first day of the convention then to dance and sing at our FREE Friday night Karaoke party, hosted by Beverley Elliott, Lee Arenberg and Chris Gauthier.  Special guests also include Jared Gilmore and Gil McKinney. Guests are tentative and subject to change.

This is a FREE GENERAL ADMISSION EVENT, so you do not keep your same seats you had during the day. For those who want, or need, seating at the Karaoke Party, there will be seats available in the rear of the theater.

Please note: If you choose to stand in line early to be up front, you may only hold one additional place until the doors open. Once the doors open, space can no longer be held and if your companion is not there. Thanks!



It’s time to let us know what kind of Once Upon a Time trivia buff you really are! Test your knowledge and possibly win great gift certificates to spend on awesome merchandise!

Be one of 90 chosen fans to play one of three rounds with the last person standing earning the title of ONCE Trivia Master. This event is generally, though not always, held the first day of the convention.

NOTE: Gift certificate prizes are valid for one year from date of issue and can be used towards Creation Merchandise only, and excludes admission passes and a la carte autograph/photo op/concert tickets.


 


What better way to show off your fairytale style than to enter our Cosplay Contest! Held on Saturday, you can come as any ONCE character or create your own, as you compete for the audience's applause and the chance to win great prizes!

MUSIC VIDEO CONTEST

Here is your chance to flex your creative muscles as a video editor while also using your encyclopedic knowledge of all things Once Upon a Time! When you enter the Music Video content, think about which extraordinary ONCE moments might be best to set to music!

Entries are judged on the following criteria:
• Video, Audio & Editing quality
• Inventiveness
• Song selection & originality
• Humorous submissions are encouraged!

Those videos chosen as the best will be played on screens at the Official Once Upon a Time Reunion Convention!

Below you'll find the rules, submission guidelines and anything else you might need to know:

• One ONCE UPON A TIME music video may be submitted, and only one.
• All submissions must be on DVD and in a sleeve or jewel case to be accepted and/or we do accept music videos on Apple-compatible flash drives and also NTSC formatted DVDs.
• If submitting a flash drive, please make sure all files are compatible with Quicktime.
• In your submission you must list the specific convention the music video is for, as well as print your name and the name of your entry (ex: the song name). PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY so we can identify your submission. Illegible submissions will not be accepted. 
• Entries are limited to people attending the specific event. This is due to an overwhelming number of submissions.
• Please keep the submissions under five minutes.
• Winners are announced at the event.
• You do not have to be present for the actual showing of your video, but you must claim your award at the show before the end of the weekend or your award will be forfeited.
• The competition closes 40 days prior to the convention. We will NOT make any exceptions to this.
• Don't forget about the great supporting cast members of the show!
• We ask that you do not use footage from shows other than Once Upon a Time.
• Entries cannot be returned, and person submitting entry is granting Creation the right to play this entry in perpetuity at Creation events worldwide and/or online at the Creation website(s).
Creation does not sell music videos so your entry will never be sold as a commercial product, just presented at our events/online.
• Do not submit the same video for multiple events. It will not be considered after its first submission. This also goes for videos that have been recycled with only minor changes.

Makeup 101 Class with Victoria Righthand
During Victoria’s Makeup 101 Class, you will be learning the basics of putting on everyday makeup, along with a few tricks to help you get a full glamour look!

Victoria will teach you the differences between eyeshadow application for different eye shapes, contour for different face shapes -- and you’ll get a full list of her must-have products! You’ll be able to ask any questions about beauty makeup or even special effects makeup, cosplay, or body paint. Although it is not mandatory, you may bring your own makeup. Two volunteers will be chosen to be Victoria’s models per class to have their faces done so if you have any allergies or aversions to sitting in front of a group, let us know when you arrive.

This special class will take place on Friday (time TBD) and is limited to only 20 people for $50. Make sure to sign up today! Please note: All participants are required to sign a standard waiver.

Please make sure to bring ALL your PDF admission passes and a la carte autograph/photo op/concert/special event tickets to the convention as we cannot replace any passes or tickets forgotten or lost. This holds true for all pass and ticket-buyers domestic and outside of the United States as we do not have a will-call or hold desk. Our convention venues and/or host hotel generally have a business office where you can print out your pre-purchased items if needed. Once you present your PDF(s), they will be scanned for legitimacy and PDFs may be used only one time. Some photo op sessions require your PDF to be validated, so please check the schedule for instructions. If there are duplicate PDFs, we will honor the first scanned only.

Weekend Admission Packages vs Single-Day Admission Passes:


The Gold, Silver, Copper and General Admission Weekend Packages are full-convention admission passes that allow you access for the whole weekend. Gold, Silver and Copper include reserved seating and General Admission Weekend passes are not reserved seats, but are guaranteed a seat in the General Admission section. You will not need to purchase any additional single-day admission passes. 

The Single-Day Admission Passes are admission for the SPECIFIC day you choose to attend the convention. With your single-day admission pass, you’ll be able to see the guest panels and daytime events for the DAY you choose to attend. Preferred single-day are reserved seats that you choose when you purchase your pass on our website. General Admission single-day passes are not reserved seats, but are guaranteed a seat in the General Admission section.



The top-tiered Gold Weekend Admission Package does indeed give you the BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE! These great admission passes give you a more comprehensive way to attend the convention, with choice seats, complimentary autographs and more! Here’s what you get when you go GOLD:

Reserved Seats

As a Gold Weekend Package holder, your seat has the best views in the house and you can choose your actual seat online. This seat is yours for the whole three days!

Complimentary Autographs

You get in-person autographs from Lana Parrilla, Sean Maguire, Jared Gilmore, Beverley Elliott and Chris Gauthier, all included in the price of your Gold ticket!
Note: If a celebrity whose autograph is included in Gold must cancel, we work to try and replace with another guest (or multiple guests) who will sign in place of the canceled guest. You are among the first rows for all autograph signings. We call autographs included in this package row by row, so you'll spend less time standing in line.

NOTE: If you have autographs as part of your ticket package benefits, you will need to have something for the celebrities to sign. They will sign almost anything you bring from home, and there is a wide assortment of photos and other collectibles on sale at the convention. Items that are deemed inappropriate will not be allowed to be presented at the autograph table. Personalization is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the celebrity and may be determined by scheduling or other factors. 


SILVER WEEKEND ADMISSION PACKAGE PASS is the next best thing to Gold! This admission pass gives you great seats and many awesome benefits to enjoy while skipping down Storybrooke lane! Here’s what you get with the Silver package:

Reserved Seats

When you order online, you can choose your own reserved seats in the main theatre where you’ll get the chance to see all the guests and participate in the daytime activities. This seat is yours to use throughout the convention!

Complimentary Autographs

You get in-person autographs from LANA PARILLA, SEAN MAGUIRE and CHRIS GAUTHIER. When you add these up, you can see what a great deal it is to be a Silver patron. All participants are tentative and subject to change.

The GA WEEKEND PACKAGE PASS is the most economical way to attend the convention. You get a guaranteed seat in the theatre to see all the guests and events during the daytime. This doesn’t include the half-hour Gold Panel on Sunday, but the guests will be appearing for everyone later in the day, so you won’t miss out! With a GA Weekend Admission pass, you also get to participate in our pre-registration times and can purchase any remaining a la carte autographs or photo ops that are available as well as gain access to the vendors area. CELEBRITY À LA CARTE AUTOGRAPHS 
Having the chance to get in-person autographs from the stars of ONCE UPON A TIME is one of the real benefits in attending our convention! The stars will sign almost any item you bring from home or you can buy an item at the convention, but you need to have an item for the celebrity to sign. There will be tons of great photographs of some of the stars in character as well as other collectibles available at the convention that are perfect for signing. Personalizations are at the discretion of the celebrity and may be determined by scheduling or other issues. Items that are deemed inappropriate will not be presented at the autograph table.

The show schedule is finalized the week of the convention to accommodate flight itineraries and filming schedules of our celebrities.

Convention activities usually start around 10:00 a.m. but may begin earlier depending on schedules. Stage programming also usually ends around 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. and some autograph sessions begin after stage programming is complete for the day. This can run until 10:00 p.m. so PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY! Signings start later on Sundays, so we recommend that you plan to stay late or stay overnight. The final schedule is always posted one day PRIOR TO THE CONVENTION on either WEDNESDAY (for our three-day conventions) or THURSDAY (for our two-day conventions). 

Most often we do pre-registration the night before the convention. It is not a necessity, just a convenience, and it gets full convention-goers their credentials, printed schedules, options to get any autograph and photo op tickets still available, and, of course, first crack at souvenirs. We finalize pre-registration and other scheduling when we get closer to the event and know both the guests’ itineraries and the hotel’s other bookings.

When the full schedule is posted on the website and is handed out on-site at the convention, PLEASE CAREFULLY CHECK THE SCHEDULE TIMES FOR PHOTO OPS and AUTOGRAPHS, so you know where to be and don’t miss your opportunity. Please be on time and follow the directions that are in the schedule.

All guests and scheduling are tentative and subject to change.

WOW, it is hard to believe that we have been running conventions for our fellow fans for so many incredible years and what a ride it has been! Thanks to our fellow fans, we’ve loved bringing the stars direct to their audiences. 

Unlike so many other genre conventions, Creation Entertainment has a strict company policy not to "oversell" our conventions. In other words, every patron, no matter what bracket of admission pass they purchase, will have a seat in the main auditorium where the major guests appear and events take place. 

Creation Entertainment has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, without prior notice, especially those who interfere with the safety and well-being of other patrons, staff, actors, Creation Entertainment and the establishment itself. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment of any kind both in advance and/or at a particular event, illegal activity, unreasonable rowdiness, inconsideration to others and patrons lacking adequate hygiene. Refusal of service shall never be based on race or color, National origin or citizenship status, religion or creed, sex, age, disability, pregnancy or genetic information, Veteran or Military status, marital status, sexual orientation or gender identity, medical condition, political affiliations or activities, or status as a victim of domestic violence, assault or stalking.

 

Here is some pertinent information for you to have about Creation’s conventions, certain policies and more:

ADMISSION PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE

All guests and scheduling are tentative and subject to change.

Creation Entertainment does not advertise any talent without written permission from the talent or their representation. 

In the event of a guest cancellation or a date change: ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are tentative and subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as well as a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not and therefore we cannot issue admission pass refunds if a particular guest is not able to attend.  If a guest must cancel their appearance at the convention, Creation Entertainment is not responsible for any refunds other than the a la carte specific-to-the-guest autograph or photo op tickets as another guest will be booked as a replacement in signing for Gold/Silver or a pre-signed photo will be provided if a replacement signer is not possible. Also, in the extremely rare chance that an actor does not finish his or her autographs or photo ops (which has only happened in a hand full of cases due to something out of our control), we will only be responsible for the refund of the a la carte autograph or photo op ticket if not redeemed. We will refund or issue a credit voucher only for a la carte photo ops and autograph tickets for a specific actor if they cancel.   

Please do not come for just one actor. Our events are a celebration of the series and multiple actors from the show attend. If we have a cancelation, we will do our best to book a replacement or we will provide our Gold/Silver patrons with a pre-signed photo of the actor not in attendance if the canceled actor was signing for Gold/Silver.

Creation is also not be held responsible for any financial loss associated with the purchase of air tickets or hotel rooms that are not canceled (virtually all hotels offer a 24 or 48-hour cancelation policy, so there should be no jeopardy associated with reservations). We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen issues.

Harassment at events: Creation does not tolerate any forms of harassment or bullying at its events. The company’s complete policy is stated on each schedule of events that is handed out at each convention.  If you witness bad behavior at an event, immediately notify the contact listed on the rules page of your printed schedule and there is Creation staff present at all times.  We cannot do anything about complaints that come after the event is over.

Team Members: We are so grateful and fortunate to have the support of our Team Members, whose continued efforts and dedication help make our conventions possible.  They are available to assist you with any questions you may have about convention events and activities, however if you have an issue, please ask to speak to Management on-site.  Check your schedule rules page to see which manager is on-site at your specific event. If you would like to submit an application to be considered as a Team Member, please visit our Jobs/Team Members section of our website by clicking here.

For those attending our conventions and making travel plans: Please know that many of the headliners who appear onstage on Sunday usually do so towards the later part of the day. Autograph signings can run into the evening until 9:00PM-10:00PM. For those traveling from out of town, we do suggest staying over until Monday in order to get your autographs and the full convention experience. Creation is not responsible for any costs associated with travel for any attendee. We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance in the event that anything should happen.  

We are not responsible for orders that are rejected during processing: On rare occasion, an error may occur during the ordering process that can require the order to be resubmitted. This can include: Incomplete form submission (usually caused by not completing the entire ordering process to the very end); Credit card failures (usually caused when there are not enough funds in an account or the credit card company rejects the charge for any number of reasons including out of state, international or unfamiliar ordering to the customers’ general pattern); or system errors during transmission of the order. 

We suggest buying admission passes and a la carte tickets only through this website: Because all PDFs are scanned for use at the convention, we can ONLY allow the first person in using each singular PDF. Autograph and photo op PDFs are also scanned for one-time use. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

All admission pass and a la carte ticket prices are subject to change at any time, so please order as early as possible. 

Admission pass packages do not include photo ops: Photo ops must be purchased separately on this website or at the convention (if not sold out). NOTE: You may buy an a la carte Autograph and/or Photo Op ticket(s) before buying an Admission pass, but you need an Admission pass for the day of your Autograph or Photo Op in order to use the Autograph and Photo Op tickets at the convention (unless the guest has changed days). Please buy an Admission pass for the day of your Photo Op or Autograph as soon as you can as we can’t guarantee Admission passes won't sell out before the show. Please, absolutely, do not ask for exceptions to this rule. 

Alcoholic beverages at the convention: At most of our events, we do not allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms, including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events, meet & greets and any night events. Water stations will be available in the room. We reserve the right to perform bag checks at any time. We reserve the right to deny entrance into any of the events to anyone who appears intoxicated. If there is an instance of alcoholic beverages sold, your ID will be checked by the bartender and any underage customers will not be served any alcoholic beverages. Creation is not responsible for the alcohol consumption of others.

Weapons policy: Please do not bring any weapons to the show. If you are using a prop weapon for a photo op or as part of the cosplay contest, please bring it to registration to get tagged. After your photo op or cosplay contest is over, please do not have your prop weapon on the convention floor at any time. Prop weapons without tags will not be allowed at any time.

Lost or misplaced items: We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items. We cannot replace a la carte Autograph or Photo Op tickets that are purchased at the convention, so PLEASE make sure your PDFs and hard tickets are kept in a safe place.

ADA Rules on service animals: This event welcomes service animals as per ADA rules. Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event. 

Photo taking policy at this convention: We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun. In the main theatre, photo taking is encouraged but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to Fire Marshall regulations, everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during photo ops.

Audio or video capture for personal use is allowed except in certain circumstances: Photography and audio or video capture are for personal use only - public dissemination and commercial use strictly prohibited. If there is a time where we cannot allow audio or video capturing, we will advise in advance. LIVE STREAMING IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. 

Raffles/Fundraising: Unsanctioned raffles and fundraisers are not allowed at Creation events.

Flashes from phone and cameras occur often during stage presentations: If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions. For our attendees, please keep flash photography to a minimum.

By attending Creation events, you agree to allow your image to be used on our website and in news documentaries or stories, either filmed by Creation Entertainment or other entities. 

Please do not bring latex balloons of any sort to any of our events: We have had attendees with latex allergies and additionally bursting balloons can be hazardous to people at short range. 

Medical emergencies:  If you have a medical emergency and you do not have a caretaker with you, hotel security or 911 will be called to assist you.  

Creation assumes no responsibility for typographical errors or inaccurate information provided by convention venues. All dates, venues and guests are considered tentative and subject to change. Check back frequently for updates.

If you have an issue over the weekend pertaining to a show that is happening that same weekend, please go in-person to the convention registration desk for assistance.
