PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

MARCH 15, 2010: We have been advised that Bronson Pelletier will be unable to attend the convention. The fantastic TINSEL KOREY (Emily), who has been a sensational guest for us at other tour stops, will be filling the bill as noted on the site. Those with separate Bronson autograph and/or photo ops may use those tickets for cash credit at the convention for other tickets or merchandise. ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. Of course we will always refund separately purchased photo ops and autograph tickets for a guest if they cancel. Please note prior to purchasing your tickets that you are buying a ticket for The Official TWILIGHT CONVENTION and not for specific guest appearance(s). "TWILIGHT LEXICON" AT THE CONVENTION! The Twilight Lexicon (www.twilightlexicon.com), quoted by Stephenie Meyer as "the brightest star in the Twilight online universe," is one of the original Twilight fansites and we are very happy to have them as part of Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Convention! At this time the founders of the site are working out who will represent them at this particular convention and once that is set we'll let you know (and also list what their panel topics will be each day) , At least one of the site creators will be on hand to meet the fans and talk about everything Twilight, including their set visits to both the Twilight and New Moon filming locations. Here's info on the site founders: Lori Joffs acted as a reader for Stephenie during the development of Eclipse and Laura Byrne-Cristiano has her finger on the pulse of the most current (and verified) news. They created the Twilight Lexicon in March of 2006 and have the most in-depth knowledge of the Twilight universe. Friday 4/9: Media Madness Run Amok - Laura Byrne-Cristiano deals with every type of media and their reports from the Twilight universe. She has become a crack detective at debunking the rumors and learning what makes sense to pass on to the fans and what doesn’t. Saturday 4/10: Set Visit/Red Carpet: (write up to come) - this will be a new panel combining set visit information along with the red carpet experiences. We'll get this write up to you soon as well. Sunday 4/11: The Real Forks: a video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town.

TWILIGHT MOMS PANEL We're happy to present a special panel with The TwilightMOMS on Saturday. When TwilightMOMS.com founder, Lisa Hansen, took her search to the Internet to try and find another woman somewhere in the world like her, an average wife, a mom, a working woman and secretly obsessed with the world of The Twilight Saga, she never expected to find her query answered by legions of women from all over the world who indeed are just like her. Imagine the greatest convention souvenir of all: YOU with the celebrity of your choice in a glorious 8 by 10 professionally shot full color picture. Photo ops are available in limited supply. Photo Ops are not included in any ticket package and must be ordered separately. Photos are generally available for pick-up at the convention, if not we mail them to you (read FAQs for more info). We allow up to TWO PATRONS with the celebrity(s) in a photo op. Due to security considerations and guest concerns we can no longer facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. We will be happy to accept gifts for our celebrity guests after 3pm daily at registration and we will gather them and make sure the guests get them. Please note that because guests usually travel by plane they are unable to take gifts home with them. We hope you understand the security issues involved. Thank you!

COMPLIMENTARY PARKING

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
