PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

SATURDAY NIGHT VOLTURI VAMPIRE BALL Fans from around the globe congregate in their finest vampire wear to raise the roof! Prizes for best costume and best dancers! Here's the perfect way to meet and mingle with fellow fans! A super hot LA DJ is set, the dance floor is ready, and this party is fine for all ages. Our celebrity guests making special appearances at the party tentatively include WOLF PACK members: CHASKE SPENCER, ALEX MERAZ and KIOWA GORDON. Repping The Volturi will be CHARLIE BEWLEY! "TWILIGHT LEXICON" AT THE CONVENTION! The Twilight Lexicon (www.twilightlexicon.com), quoted by Stephenie Meyer as "the brightest star in the Twilight online universe," is one of the original Twilight fansites and we are very happy to have them as part of Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Convention! At this time the founders of the site are working out who will represent them at this particular convention and once that is set we'll let you know (and also list what their panel topics will be each day) , At least one of the site creators will be on hand to meet the fans and talk about everything Twilight, including their set visits to both the Twilight and New Moon filming locations. Here's info on the site founders: Lori Joffs acted as a reader for Stephenie during the development of Eclipse and Laura Byrne-Cristiano has her finger on the pulse of the most current (and verified) news. They created the Twilight Lexicon in March of 2006 and have the most in-depth knowledge of the Twilight universe. Los Angeles Panels: (Laura & Shelley attending) Friday 3/12: Media Madness Run Amock - Laura Byrne-Cristiano deals with every type of media and their reports from the Twilight universe. She has become a crack detective at debunking the rumors and learning what makes sense to pass on to the fans and what doesn’t. Saturday 3/13: Set Visit/Red Carpet: (write up to come) - this will be a new panel combining set visit information along with the red carpet experiences. We'll get this write up to you soon as well. Sunday 3/14: The Real Forks: a video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town.

TWILIGHT MOMS PANEL We're happy to present a special panel with The TwilightMOMS on Saturday. When TwilightMOMS.com founder, Lisa Hansen, took her search to the Internet to try and find another woman somewhere in the world like her, an average wife, a mom, a working woman and secretly obsessed with the world of The Twilight Saga, she never expected to find her query answered by legions of women from all over the world who indeed are just like her. Women from all walks of life have been able to breathe a sigh of relief that they are not alone in their obsession. Due to security considerations and guest concerns we can no longer facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. We will be happy to accept gifts for our celebrity guests after 3pm daily at registration and we will gather them and make sure the guests get them. February 22, 2010: We have been advised by Bronson Pelletier's management that he is unable to fulfill his contracted appearance at this convention. Those with separate Bronson Autograph and Photo Op tickets can use them for other tickets/merchandise at the convention. Please bring tickets with you to the convention registration (when there is no line) and we'll help you out!

January 15, 2010, updated February 19: We have just been advised due to filming a new movie overseas Ashley Greene an not fulfill her contracted appearance at the Los Angeles Convention. We now have booked additional guests to appear at the convention. Those that ordered SEPARATE Ashley Greene Autograph, Photo Op or duo photo op tickets with Kellan should bring their tickets with them to the convention (printed out from your home computer) and you can use them as cash for any other tickets or for merchandise at the Creation Twilight merchandise tables (bring the ticket to registration to get it scanned and we will give you a coupon for the dollar amount). If you would like a refund instead for your Ashley Greene separate autograph, photo op or duo photo op ticket with Kellan please send it to Creation, 217 South Kenwood, Glendale, CA 91205 Attention: Gary prior to the start of the convention.

Parking: The hotel offers special parking rates for those coming to the convention of $15 a day (self parking) and $23 a day (valet).

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

Thanks for being with us! We really appreciate your visit and we want to make sure you have the absolute best time! With that in mind a few rules to keep everyone safe:

1) Photo taking from your seats only, please do not rush the stage when guests appear.

2) No need to run to photo ops, we’ll get them all done. PHOTO OPS are done on a first arrive, first done basis.

3) Please have your items for signature out and ready during autograph sessions.

4) Our volunteers are here to help you and we thank them for doing so. However if you have an issue with ANYONE or ANYTHING please let us know during the convention so we can solve the problem. We can’t help out if you don’t tell us!

5) Please sit ONLY in the seat you paid for.

6) At the request of our guests, ABSOLUTELY no video or audiotaping PLEASE!

7) Kindly turn off your cell phones when in theatre. If you want to talk to friends please do so outside the theatre.

Joining us this weekend are LAURA and SHELLEY. Today’s Lexicon panel is: Media Madness Run Amock - Laura Byrne-Cristiano deals with every type of media and their reports from the Twilight universe. She has become a crack detective at debunking the rumors and learning what makes sense to pass on to the fans and what doesn’t.

Hosted by Justin Chon and Tinsel Korey. Our Karaoke DJ Eric will be available in the vendors room from 6pm to 7pm for YOU to check out potential songs for YOU to sing at Karaoke tonight. PRIZES for the most entertaining singers! And, don’t miss the great band TWILIGHT MUSIC GIRLS in concert! Women from all walks of life have been able to breathe a sigh of relief that they are not alone in their obsession. TwilightMOMS rapidly became one of the major news sources for Twilight fans everywhere. The site catering to adults revealed a previously taboo and unknown demographic of fans of The Twilight Saga, as well as for the YA genre of literature in general.

3:15 pm: THE HILLYWOOD SHOW PANEL: Learn how these super talented young people produced their amazing parody films. They will also answer audience questions about their work.

3:25 pm: BRUNCH/LUNCH with KELLAN LUTZ and PETER FACINELLI. Charity Silent Auction to benefit James Ellis Foundation of Hofstra University helping kids affected by cancer attend college. A small number of additional tickets are available at registration on Friday and Saturday for $129. There are under 100 attendees so far for this event (pre-sold) to give you an idea of its size.

Due to a scheduling conflict Kellan is unable to sign autographs in person today. He has graciously pre-signed Emmett Cullen official photos for our Gold and Preferred Weekend Patrons and you can pick those up during this signing. For those with individual Kellan autograph tickets you may bring these tickets to registration for a signed Kellan Lutz/Emmett Cullen photo, or you may exchange your autograph ticket with Kellan for its $37 value towards other tickets or Creation Twilight merchandise in the vendors room.
