PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. Of course we will always refund separately purchased photo ops and autograph tickets for a guest if they cancel. Please note prior to purchasing your tickets that you are buying a ticket for The Official TWILIGHT CONVENTION and not for specific guest appearance(s). VAMPIRE COURT MAKE-OVERS Three lucky ladies will be selected on Saturday morning (the last three standing winners of our trivia contest which is open to our general audience) to be members of the Vampire Court to be presented at The Vampire Ball on Saturday Night. These court members will receive a luxury make-up and hair make-over by a professional team on Saturday afternoon. And a special treat awaits them at the ball!   Dress Code? We want everyone to be comfortable and we certainly don't want to impose a dress code that would require someone to purchase apparel that they don't currently own. If possible we do want attendees to come dressed in party attire, upscale casual, or in themed costume. With celebrity guest stars, music, a cash bar, and surprises we're sure that this is going to be a party to remember! VAMPIRE BALL CENTERPIECE CONTEST Show your creativity by designing and bringing a Twilight themed Centerpiece to the Vampire Ball! There's the YES/NO game where contestants are brought up from the audience to vie for hundreds of dollars in prizes, and we'll also be doing our famous "Stump The Experts" game where audience members can try to stump the Twilight geniuses and win! So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention, and you must have an admission ticket or package to get autographs or photo ops.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. The autograph tickets are available in limited supply, please order soon. THANKS!

Note: Patrons must bring an item for celebrities to sign. You can bring something from home or purchase a photo or other collectible in the vendors room. Please feel free to purchase as many autograph tickets of a particular celebrity as you'd like.

Note: Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. You must have an admission ticket to the convention to get autographs or photo ops.

PHOTO OPS

Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention, and you must have an admission ticket or package to get autographs or photo ops.

Imagine the greatest convention souvenir of all: YOU with the celebrity of your choice in a glorious 8 by 10 professionally shot full color picture. Photo ops are available in limited supply. Photo Ops are not included in any ticket package and must be ordered separately. Photos are generally available for pick-up at the convention, if not we mail them to you (read FAQs for more info). We allow up to TWO PATRONS with the celebrity(s) in a photo op. Creation's CHRISTOPHER SCHMELKE (who is super-popular with fandom because of his dynamite photo op work at our conventions) will be on hand to do the TWILIGHT Celebrity Photo Ops: don't miss getting your photos!

Due to security considerations and guest concerns we can no longer facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. We will be happy to accept gifts for our celebrity guests after 3pm daily at registration and we will gather them and make sure the guests get them. Please note that because guests usually travel by plane they are unable to take gifts home with them. We hope you understand the security issues involved. Thank you!

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Stay at the beautiful MARRIOTT CITY CENTER and enjoy! Special lower than normal room rates are available at $128 (single king or two double beds). Call 612 349 4000 mention Twilight Convention to get this special lower than normal rate. The hotel has no information on the convention, however.

Parking: $15.25 and sporadic free street parking

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
