PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

We are proud to present the Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Convention 2010 in the city of NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE, our first visit to this area of the country! We're very happy to have the convention held at the world famous GAYLORD OPRYLAND RESORT HOTEL!

January 20, 2010: We have been advised by Kellan Lutz's management that he is unable to honor his contractual commitment to the Nashville Official Twilight Convention due to the filming of his new movie "Love, Wedding, Marriage". We have all tried to work with the movie's production to allow Kellan to appear but it is not possible due to the shooting schedule (6 day work weeks with off day being Tuesday). While guest cancellations are never pleasant, we do wish Kellan the best with his new film and look forward to welcoming him at future tour dates. In the meantime we have replaced Kellan's Nashville appearance on Sunday at the convention with two new celebrity guests: CHARLIE BEWLEY (Demetri of The Volturi) and MICHAEL WELCH (Mike Newton). Both of these stars have been fantastic guests at previous stops. We are also working on another potential guest as well. CHARLIE and MICHAEL will be taking Kellan's place at The Sunday Breakfast and they will also be signing autographs on a complimentary basis for GOLD, "THE WORKS" AND PREFERRED WEEKEND PATRONS. For those that ordered SEPARATE KELLAN LUTZ autograph tickets and/or photo ops: These tickets have been mailed and they may be used as "cash" toward additional tickets and/or merchandise at the convention itself. TWILIGHT TRIVIA GAMES Here's where YOU get to show off your knowledge of all things Twilight: novels and film! There's the YES/NO game where contestants are brought up from the audience to vie for hundreds of dollars in prizes, and we'll also be doing our famous "Stump The Experts" game where audience members can try to stump the Twilight geniuses and win! So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

MEET ALPHIE AND PEL FROM "TWILIGHT LEXICON" Lori Joffs (Alphie) and Laura Byrne-Cristiano (Pel) of the Twilight Lexicon will be appearing at several of Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Conventions. The Twilight Lexicon (www.twilightlexicon.com), quoted by Stephenie Meyer as "the brightest star in the Twilight online universe," is one of the original Twilight fansites, and the site creators will be on hand to meet the fans and talk about everything Twilight, including their set visits to both the Twilight and New Moon filming locations. Lori Joffs acted as a reader for Stephenie during the development of Eclipse and Laura Byrne-Cristiano has her finger on the pulse of the most current (and verified) news. They created the Twilight Lexicon in March of 2006 and have the most in-depth knowledge of the Twilight universe. Don't miss the chance to talk to two of the original fans of the series. TwilightLexicon has planned three special panels for us during the weekend: The Real Forks: a video driving tour through Forks and La Push and a Q&A about the town FRIDAY Tales From the Red Carpet. Ever wonder what goes on in between all the screaming at a Hollywood premiere find out as the twilght lexicon describes what it's like to be in the eye of the storm. SUNDAY Twilight Saga Set Visit - The Lexicon was on set of Twilight the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: “The day that made grown men cry”. Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.. SATURDAY

TWILIGHT MOMS PANEL We're happy to present a special panel with The TwilightMOMS on Saturday. When TwilightMOMS.com founder, Lisa Hansen, took her search to the Internet to try and find another woman somewhere in the world like her, an average wife, a mom, a working woman and secretly obsessed with the world of The Twilight Saga, she never expected to find her query answered by legions of women from all over the world who indeed are just like her. Women from all walks of life have been able to breathe a sigh of relief that they are not alone in their obsession. TwilightMOMS rapidly became one of the major news sources for Twilight fans everywhere. The site catering to adults revealed a previously taboo and unknown demographic of fans of The Twilight Saga, as well as for the YA genre of literature in general. THE OFFICIAL TWILIGHT FACEBOOK PAGE The Official Twilight Facebook page is a Summit Entertainment approved fan-run website, which has quickly become one of the most visited sites in the 'Twilight' universe. Co-owned and run by Lauren Marie Suero and Heidi Bennett, the page boasts one of the largest member base in the Facebook community ( at over 4.5 million and counting!) and is the go-to place for Twilight fans to receive their daily fix of everything 'Twilight'. It is very important to us that everyone who wants to attend The Official TWILIGHT Convention Tour can do so. That's why we are offering different levels of ticketing so that there is something for everyone. General admission ticketing allows you to see all the guests and events that take place in the main theatre and of course includes entrance into the vendors area. It is a wonderful full day of entertainment for little more than a movie, popcorn and a drink would cost! For those that want a fuller experience including autographs and parties the more expensive ticketing packages are below as well. Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention, and you must have an admission ticket or package to get autographs or photo ops.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. Note: Patrons must bring an item for celebrities to sign. You can bring something from home or purchase a photo or other collectible in the vendors room. Please feel free to purchase as many autograph tickets of a particular celebrity as you'd like.

Note: Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. Imagine the greatest convention souvenir of all: YOU with the celebrity of your choice in a glorious 8 by 10 professionally shot full color picture. Photo ops are available in limited supply. Photo Ops are not included in any ticket package and must be ordered separately. Photos are generally available for pick-up at the convention, if not we mail them to you (read FAQs for more info). We allow up to TWO PATRONS with the celebrity(s) in a photo op. Creation's CHRISTOPHER SCHMELKE (who is super-popular with fandom because of his dynamite photo op work at our conventions) will be on hand to do the TWILIGHT Celebrity Photo Ops: don't miss getting your photos!

Due to security considerations and guest concerns we can no longer facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. We will be happy to accept gifts for our celebrity guests after 3pm daily at registration and we will gather them and make sure the guests get them. Please note that because guests usually travel by plane they are unable to take gifts home with them. We hope you understand the security issues involved. Thank you!

For the first time we are happy to offer a professional photo op with our convention hosts THE HILLYWOOD SHOW cast. Up to two fans with the entire cast in costume and make-up and you'll receive a beautiful 8 by 10 color photograph!

Single Celebrity Photo Op tickets will be priced at $50 each at the convention (unless noted), if still available. Group or duo celebrity photo ops will be priced the same in advance as at the door, if still available.

Tickets will be available at the event.

January 20, 2010: We have been advised by Kellan Lutz's management that he is unable to honor his contractual commitment to the Nashville Official Twilight Convention due to the filming of his new movie "Love, Wedding, Marriage". We have all tried to work with the movie's production to allow Kellan to appear but it is not possible due to the shooting schedule (6 day work weeks with off day being Tuesday). While guest cancellations are never pleasant, we do wish Kellan the best with his new film and look forward to welcoming him at future tour dates. In the meantime we have replaced Kellan's Nashville appearance on Sunday at the convention with two new celebrity guests: CHARLIE BEWLEY (Demetri of The Volturi) and MICHAEL WELCH (Mike Newton). Both of these stars have been fantastic guests at previous stops. We are also working on another potential guest as well. CHARLIE and MICHAEL will be taking Kellan's place at The Sunday Breakfast and they will also be signing autographs on a complimentary basis for GOLD, "THE WORKS" AND PREFERRED WEEKEND PATRONS.

For those that ordered SEPARATE KELLAN LUTZ autograph tickets and/or photo ops: These tickets have been mailed and they may be used as "cash" toward additional tickets and/or merchandise at the convention itself. Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
