PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

Once in many moons a new genre craze begins and so it is for TWILIGHT, the epic series of books and smash hit feature film (with sequels to follow). We are proud to present Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Convention 2010 in one of the world's most beautiful cities: TORONTO! It is our first visit to this area of the country with this particular event but we have run many fan conventions in Toronto and we've come to really love the city! We're very happy to have the convention held at the outrageous Westin Harbour Castle, a super-cool site for our event!

With fantastic guest stars from the film, wonderful programming, panels and events, themed parties, autographs and photo ops, live musical performances and more: make your plans now to join the celebration! ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. Of course we will always refund separately purchased photo ops and autograph tickets for a guest if they cancel. Please note prior to purchasing your tickets that you are buying a ticket for The Official TWILIGHT CONVENTION and not for specific guest appearance(s). Here's the perfect way to meet and mingle with fellow fans! A super hot LA DJ is set, the dance floor is ready, and this party is fine for all ages. Our celebrity guests making special appearances at the party tentatively include BRONSON PELLETIER, KIOWA GORDON, BOO BOO STEWART and CHARLIE BEWLEY. These court members will receive a luxury make-up and hair make-over by a professional team on Saturday afternoon. And a special treat awaits them at the ball!   Dress Code? We want everyone to be comfortable and we certainly don't want to impose a dress code that would require someone to purchase apparel that they don't currently own. If possible we do want attendees to come dressed in party attire, upscale casual, or in themed costume. TWILIGHT TRIVIA GAMES Here's where YOU get to show off your knowledge of all things Twilight: novels and film! There's the YES/NO game where contestants are brought up from the audience to vie for hundreds of dollars in prizes, and we'll also be doing our famous "Stump The Experts" game where audience members can try to stump the Twilight geniuses and win! So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

THE OFFICIAL TWILIGHT FACEBOOK PAGE The Official Twilight Facebook page is a Summit Entertainment approved fan-run website, which has quickly become one of the most visited sites in the 'Twilight' universe. Co-owned and run by Lauren Marie Suero and Heidi Bennett, the page boasts one of the largest member base in the Facebook community ( at over 4.5 million and counting!) and is the go-to place for Twilight fans to receive their daily fix of everything 'Twilight'. BELLA'S DIARY Bellasdiary.com is one of the top Twilight fansites online bringing their readers the widely popular "Bella's Diary," which is fanfic written by the sites owner/founder Krystal McLean. The site also caters to TwiHards who want to get all of the most up to date news on the Twilight books and movies. Bella's Diary was started in an attempt to quench Krystal's own Twilight thirst after finishing the books, but attracted thousands of loyal readers along the way. The diary entries have made the readers laugh, cry, left them on the edge of their seats and shocked them. This will be a panel you wont want to miss, so be sure to come check us out!

AUTOGRAPHS

Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention, and you must have an admission ticket or package to get autographs or photo ops.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. The autograph tickets are available in limited supply, please order soon. THANKS!

Imagine the greatest convention souvenir of all: YOU with the celebrity of your choice in a glorious 8 by 10 professionally shot full color picture. Photo ops are available in limited supply. Photo Ops are not included in any ticket package and must be ordered separately. Photos are generally available for pick-up at the convention, if not we mail them to you (read FAQs for more info). We allow up to TWO PATRONS with the celebrity(s) in a photo op. Creation's CHRISTOPHER SCHMELKE or TED VENEMANN (both are super-popular with fandom because of his dynamite photo op work at our conventions) will be on hand to do the TWILIGHT Celebrity Photo Ops: don't miss getting your photos!

Due to security considerations and guest concerns we can no longer facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. We will be happy to accept gifts for our celebrity guests after 3pm daily at registration and we will gather them and make sure the guests get them. Please note that because guests usually travel by plane they are unable to take gifts home with them. We hope you understand the security issues involved. Thank you!

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
