PHOTO TAKING POLICY
AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. At the various parties and food functions: photo taking is encouraged when the guests arrive (but only from your seats). After a sufficient time for all to get their photos we ask that your cameras be placed down so the celebrities can enjoy their time at these events. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

We are proud to present the Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Convention 2010 in the happening city of Seattle Washington State, January 15-17, 2010. With fantastic guest stars from the film, wonderful programming, panels and events, themed parties, autographs and photo ops, live musical performances and more: make your plans now to join the celebration! Of course we will always refund separately purchased photo ops and autograph tickets for a guest if they cancel. FRIDAY NIGHT MUSICAL CONCERT We are happy to welcome talented and popular musical artist CANDACE CHAREE' as our Friday Night Concert Performer. This concert is included on a complimentary basis for our Gold Weekend Patrons (keeping your same great seats). For others, tickets are $15 general admission available at the convention. SATURDAY NIGHT VOLTURI VAMPIRE BALL Fans from around the globe congregate in their finest vampire wear to raise the roof! Prizes for best costume and best dancers! Here's the perfect way to meet and mingle with fellow fans from around the globe and we'll also welcome in special appearances: CHASKE SPENCER, DANIEL CUDMORE and CHARLIE BEWLEY. A super-hot DJ is set, the dance floor is ready, and this party is fine for all ages. A cash bar will be open for those that wish to order beverages. These court members will receive a luxury make-up and hair make-over by a professional team on Saturday afternoon. And a special treat awaits them at the ball!   Dress Code? We want everyone to be comfortable and we certainly don't want to impose a dress code that would require someone to purchase apparel that they don't currently own. If possible we do want attendees to come dressed in party attire, upscale casual, or in themed costume. With celebrity guest stars, music, a cash bar, and surprises we're sure that this is going to be a party to remember! SUNDAY CELEBRITY BRUNCH AND CHARITY AUCTION On Sunday morning (tentatively 9:30 am) a VERY special event takes place: "BREAKFAST with the WOLF PACK!" In Seattle fans will have the opportunity to enjoy a delightful time with the entire Wolf Pack: ALEX MERAZ, CHASKE SPENCER, KIOWA GORDON and BRONSON PELLETIER! A continental breakfast will be served. Guests will be escorted around the each table and you will personally meet all! The breakfast will have limited attendance to allow a casual and fun atmosphere for all and also give the chance to our guests to get to meet our attendees in a more informal atmosphere. You'll LOVE this! Please order asap to avoid a sell-out (as has happened at previous stops on the tour). Cameras are allowed when the cast first enters the room and then we ask that you put your cameras away so the guys can come and meet everyone! Auction items will benefit our selected charity THE JAMES ELLIS FOUNDATION of HOFSTRA UNIVERSITY on Long Island in New York. This charity which we've been working with for years donates ALL the money raised to help students affected by cancer attend college. TWILIGHT TRIVIA GAMES Here's where YOU get to show off your knowledge of all things Twilight: novels and film! There's the YES/NO game where contestants are brought up from the audience to vie for hundreds of dollars in prizes, and we'll also be doing our famous "Stump The Experts" game where audience members can try to stump the Twilight geniuses and win! So let's get studying and ready to win.... please bring along trivia questions to ask too: all questions must be answered by something that appeared in the novels or in the film.

"TWILIGHT LEXICON" AT THE CONVENTION! The Twilight Lexicon (www.twilightlexicon.com), quoted by Stephenie Meyer as "the brightest star in the Twilight online universe," is one of the original Twilight fansites and we are very happy to have them as part of Creation Entertainment's Official Twilight Convention! At this time the founders of the site are working out who will represent them at this particular convention and once that is set we'll let you know (and also list what their panel topics will be each day) , At least one of the site creators will be on hand to meet the fans and talk about everything Twilight, including their set visits to both the Twilight and New Moon filming locations. Here's info on the site founders: Lori Joffs acted as a reader for Stephenie during the development of Eclipse and Laura Byrne-Cristiano has her finger on the pulse of the most current (and verified) news. They created the Twilight Lexicon in March of 2006 and have the most in-depth knowledge of the Twilight universe. Twilight Lexicon has three special panels planned for attendees! Twilight the Movie Set Visit – The Twilight Lexicon was on set the day that Catherine Hardwicke referred to as: “The day that made grown men cry”. She will speak to that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. Twilight: Media Madness Run Amock - Laura Byrne-Cristiano deals with every type of media and their reports from the Twilight universe. She has become a crack detective at debunking the rumors and learning what makes sense to pass on to the fans and what doesn’t. Tales From the Red Carpet. Ever wonder what goes on in between all the screaming at a Hollywood premiere find out as the twilght lexicon describes what it's like to be in the eye of the storm.

TWILIGHT ECLIPSE NEWS The excitement is building towards the eagerly awaited THIRD film in the saga and we'll have news and scoops along the way no doubt! Join the celebration and be at The Official TWILIGHT Convention Tour!

LANA VEENKER CASTING DIRECTOR We are VERY happy to welcome LANA VEENKER as a special speaker at the convention, tentatively scheduled for Saturday. Lana began her career in London and, in 1999, launched what is now one of the most successful location casting companies in the US. She has found her calling in helping actors who live outside Hollywood break into the business. Her team recently completed casting on "Extraordinary Measures" starring Harrison Ford; "Twilight" by Catherine Hardwicke; "The Road" starring Viggo Mortensen; "The Burning Plain" starring Charlize Theron; "Management" starring Jennifer Aniston; Gus Van Sant's "Paranoid Park" and 15 episodes of TNT's "Leverage." She recently broke a story about the "Breaking Dawn" casting scams that are sweeping the Internet, which was covered by MSNBC and Access Hollywood.

THE OFFICIAL TWILIGHT FACEBOOK PAGE The Official Twilight Facebook page is a Summit Entertainment approved fan-run website, which has quickly become one of the most visited sites in the 'Twilight' universe. Co-owned and run by Lauren Marie Suero and Heidi Bennett, the page boasts one of the largest member base in the Facebook community ( at over 4.5 million and counting!) and is the go-to place for Twilight fans to receive their daily fix of everything 'Twilight'. It is very important to us that everyone who wants to attend The Official TWILIGHT Convention Tour can do so. That's why we are offering different levels of ticketing so that there is something for everyone. General admission ticketing allows you to see all the guests and events that take place in the main theatre and of course includes entrance into the vendors area. It is a wonderful full day of entertainment for little more than a movie, popcorn and a drink would cost! For those that want a fuller experience including autographs and parties the more expensive ticketing packages are below as well. SO COME ONE AND ALL FOR THIS SPECIAL CELEBRATION OF ALL THINGS TWILIGHT: it just isn't the same without YOU!

Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention, and you must have an admission ticket or package to get autographs or photo ops.

Here's the rare chance to get an in-person hand-signed autograph by your favorite celebrity. We do autographing row by row for those that have them included in their packages followed by additional autograph tickets called by number. If autographs are part of your ticket package you can get any additional signatures you've purchased the first time you come up. You must bring an item for the celebrity to sign: you can bring something from home or purchase an officially licensed photograph or souvenir at the convention. Imagine the greatest convention souvenir of all: YOU with the celebrity of your choice in a glorious 8 by 10 professionally shot full color picture. Photo ops are available in limited supply. Photo Ops are not included in any ticket package and must be ordered separately. Photos are generally available for pick-up at the convention, if not we mail them to you (read FAQs for more info). We allow up to TWO PATRONS with the celebrity(s) in a photo op. Creation's CHRISTOPHER SCHMELKE (who is super-popular with fandom because of his dynamite photo op work at our conventions) will be on hand to do the TWILIGHT Celebrity Photo Ops: don't miss getting your photos!

Due to security considerations and guest concerns we can no longer facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. We will be happy to accept gifts for our celebrity guests after 3pm daily at registration and we will gather them and make sure the guests get them. Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

Thanks for being with us! We really appreciate your visit and we want to make sure you have the absolute best time! With that in mind a few rules to keep everyone safe:

1) Photo taking from your seats only, do not rush the stage when guests appear.

2) No need to run to photo ops, we’ll get them all done.

3) Please have your items for signature out and ready during autograph sessions.

4) Our volunteers are here to help you and we thank them for doing so. However if you have an issue with ANYONE or ANYTHING please let us know during the convention so we can solve the problem. We can’t help out if you don’t tell us!

5) Please sit ONLY in the seat you paid for.

6) At the request of our guests, ABSOLUTELY no video or audiotaping PLEASE!

PLEASE NOTE: We were just advised by Peter Facinelli’s management that he had a daytime obligation elsewhere so he needs to appear this evening rather than during the daytime. Therefore our schedule starts later than originally planned. Peter has also graciously agreed to appear for us on Saturday as well for those that can’t stay late on Friday. We regret the inconvenience but thank Peter for working with us to make the convention for his many fans!

We are happy to welcome Internet sensations, the incredibly talented Hannah & Hilly Hindi, creators of “THE HILLYWOOD SHOW,” along with their cast members, Drew Lorentz, Jacob Jost and Kyle Dayton, as your convention hosts at Creation Entertainment’s Official TWILIGHT Convention North American Tour 2010. 5:40 pm EXCLUSIVE to The Official TWILIGHT Convention Tour 2010: interviews with the cast of NEW MOON! We have footage with Rob, Kristen, Taylor, Dakota, Michael Sheen, the entire Wolf Pack, The Cullens, and more! And, we’re asking the questions that YOU want to hear answered, in fact many of the questions came from our audience!

6:10 pm The Official Twilight Convention Yes/No Trivia Competition: We’re playing three rounds and all are welcomed to try their luck. The last person standing on stage wins a $250 gift certificate, a professional make-over, and gets to be part of our Volturi Court at Saturday Night’s party!

6:50 pm Twilight: Media Madness Run Amock - Laura Byrne-Cristiano deals with every type of media and their reports from the Twilight universe. She has become a crack detective at debunking the rumors and learning what makes sense to pass on to the fans and what doesn’t.

8:30 pm The Making of The Hillywood Show’s New Moon & Twilight Parodies: Meet the talented folks behind the productions and find out what it took to get them produced!

8:35 pm PHOTO OPS with PETER FACINELLI: a professionally shot 8 by 10 full color photo of YOU with Peter. If you have a ticket please just show up on time, no need to arrive early. Photo Op tickets are available at registration all day for $50 each. Up to 2 fans and Peter in each picture!

9:05 pm Autographs with PETER FACINELLI, complimentary for Gold and Preferred Weekend Patrons (whom we will call row by row and if you have additional autograph tickets please get everything signed the first time you go up). Next we will call up those with separate autograph tickets for Peter (available all day at registration for $30 each) which will call by number.

1:20 pm LANA VEENKER on Auditioning for the “Twilight” Saga: Fact versus Fiction Lana began her career in London and, in 1999, launched what is now one of the most successful location casting companies in the US. She has found her calling in helping actors who live outside Hollywood break into the business. Her team recently completed casting on “Extraordinary Measures” starring Harrison Ford; “Twilight” by Catherine Hardwicke; “The Road” starring Viggo Mortensen; “The Burning Plain” starring Charlize Theron; “Management” starring Jennifer Aniston; Gus Van Sant’s “Paranoid Park” and 15 episodes of TNT’s “Leverage.”

Limited ticket availability as we like to keep this function intimate with approximately 50 fans. Tickets are $89 and available Friday and early Saturday at registration. Photos ONLY when the guests first arrive, then kindly put your camera away so the guys can enjoy their time with everyone! Our auction benefits the JAMES ELLIS FOUNDATION of HOFSTRA UNIVERSITY which helps students affected by cancer attend college. It is one of our favorite charities! Hear about that day of crazy weather on the beach and share her video interviews with Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. They were also on the set of New Moon and can speak about the vast difference between the two experiences.
