The years have battled by but the passion has never ebbed: our desire to bring our favorite celebrities LUCY LAWLESS and RENEE O'CONNOR together to the East Coast. And now, the fateful decisions have been made and we can proudly make the announcement that Lucy and Renee will headline a VERY special weekend of XENA entertainments including THREE musical concerts by Lucy Lawless taking place in the heart of Manhattan (on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights).

Okay, so the details are this: the three day convention is taking place in Secaucus, New Jersey which is just on the Jersey side near Manhattan. LUCY and RENEE will appear both separately and together on stage (SATURDAY) at the convention.

Lucy's concerts will be held at the famous CANAL ROOM, (285 WEST BROADWAY on CANAL). Please note that The Canal Room policy is 21 years or older only. They (THE CANAL ROOM) do not have any information or tickets for the CONCERT event.

THURSDAY MAY 31
Lucy's concert doors open at 7 pm, buses depart at 5:45 pm from outside hotel lobby. If your concert and/or bus tickets are on hold for THURSDAY'S CONCERT please see us in the lobby at 5pm

FRIDAY JUNE 1
11 am to 1pm PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THE CONVENTION
(for those holding weekend tickets to get credentials)
1pm to 5:45 pm CONVENTION OPEN FEATURING ON STAGE APPEARANCES FROM ZOE BELL, STEVE SEARS, & CHARLES KEATING (4:30pm to 5:30 pm is a special cocktail reception for our Gold Weekend Patrons: great food, great friends and a cash bar). Buses depart for Lucy's show at 5:45pm at hotel lobby area with doors opening 7pm at Lucy's concert.

SATURDAY JUNE 2
CONVENTION HOURS: 11am to 5:30 pm featuring LUCY LAWLESS & RENEE O'CONNOR separately and on stage together plus ROB TAPERT. (Buses depart from hotel lobby area for Lucy's show at 5:45 pm. Doors open at 7pm at the concert)

10 am to Noon: Celebrity Breakfast and Silent Charity Auction for the James Ellis Foundation of Hofstra University with tentative guests ALEXANDRA TYDINGS, BRITTNEY POWELL & MEIGHAN DESMOND.
Noon to 6pm: Convention Hours featuring on stage appearances by ALEXANDRA TYDINGS, BRITTNEY POWELL & MEIGHAN DESMOND.

The vast majority of our guest celebrities take questions from the audience during their on-stage time. Therefore it is incumbent upon those that ask questions to make them ones that allow our mutual shared time with the celebrities to be enjoyable, interesting and entertaining for all (including the guest). Asking for hugs, telling stars we love them (we all do, that's why we're here), giving gifts (you can do this at photo ops), getting into long personal stories, or worse, is not acceptable for this format and, in fact, is quite self-centered when you are in essence "representing" all of fandom to a celebrity. Join us in trying to make this convention the best entertainment for everyone!

PREFERRED WEEKEND PACKAGES
These weekend packages are a great way to attend the event and see all the action in the theatre. Here's what your PREFERRED WEEKEND PACKAGES will include at the XENA CONVENTION in New Jersey:

1. The very best available reserved seatings for daytime conventions (all three days) main auditorium events. These seatings are behind or to the sides of the Gold Weekend Patrons so you still have great seats to see all the stars and events!

2. AUTOGRAPH TICKETS for many of our attending celebrities tentatively including ALEXANDRA TYDINGS, BRITTNEY POWELL, MEIGHAN DESMOND, ZOE BELL, and CHARLES KEATING, (note that Lucy and Renee do not sign at conventions), valued at $105

3. Earlier times to get autographs from those celebrities signing row by row. Your autographs are done right after the Gold Weekend Patrons.

4. Wristbands for immediate entrance without waiting on line after initial registration process.

5. Pre-registration fun before the convention officially opens (come in, get acclimated, and get the first look at convention exclusive merchandise!).

PREFERRED SINGLE DAY TICKETS
The very best way to attend any one or two days. This option gives you a reserved seat behind or to the sides of the Gold Weekend and Preferred Weekend Patrons. This reserved seat is yours come and go all day. It also includes in-person autographs as indicated.

AUTOGRAPH TICKETS
Here is the opportunity to get in-person signatures from some of your faves! Our guests will sign whatever you present: bring something from home or purchase a photo or other collectible at the convention. If you are a gold weekend patron and you want additional autographs you can get all your items signed by a particular celebrity at the same time (when you first come up).

Note: Patrons must bring an item for celebrities to sign. You can bring something from home or purchase a photo or other collectible in the vendors room. Please feel free to purchase as many autograph tickets of a particular celebrity as you'd like. However, if you purchase 5 or more tickets for an individual celebrity you may be asked to get your signatures at the end of the autograph line. Thanks for understanding.

Note: Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. You must have an admission ticket to the convention to get autographs or photo ops.

PHOTO OPS

What's a PHOTO OP like? Check out these photo ops where fans got the chance to get a pic with SUPERNATURAL star JARED PADALECKI

The fantastic opportunity to have a full color gorgeous 8 by 10 photograph of yourself with your fave celebrity. An awesome souvenir! And, most of the photo ops will be available for pick up during the weekend (usually the next day or late that day depending). Those taken Sunday afternoon will be sent to you via mail.
