2) Complimentary admission to THURSDAY NIGHT "GOLD" PARTY including a delicious full dinner and entertainment from favorite Star Trek celebrities. This party will once again be held at THE VOODOO LOUNGE at the top of The Rio Suites Hotel. The 2011 party was wonderful and the setting dramatic, overlooking the incredible skyline of Vegas! The food was the best ever and the celebrity entertainment made the night even more special. This year we will be working with the venue to add food stations and check IDs quicker. With the unprecedented early sell-out of Gold Weekend Packages (as of January 9, 2012, our earliest Gold sell-out in our 11 year Vegas Convention history: THANKS TO ALL) we are very proud to present the now best way to attend the 2012 convention.

Creation Entertainment's Las Vegas Official STAR TREK Convention 2012 is destined to be a record breaker and we're aiming on making it the greatest Trek event ever! With that in mind we are pleased to announce our return to the spectacular location for the famous Thursday Night (Gold) and Friday Night (Captain's Chair) Parties for the 2012 Convention! It is one of the coolest locations in Vegas and the best part is that it is in our host hotel, The Rio! We've broken the bank once gain and bought out the incredible Voodoo Lounge at The Rio for our two gala parties and we are anxious to welcome YOU to the fun!
Located on the 50th and 51st floors of the hotel, The Voodoo Lounge is an upscale two level restaurant/lounge venue connected by grand staircase and elevators. Each level, high atop the Rio, comes with outdoor patios and seating for incredible views of Las Vegas, the Strip and the surrounding mountains. A performance stage for our entertainment attractions is located on one of the two levels. Some of our celebrity guests will perform in this unique setting and some will come by to mix and mingle. The parties will include a complimentary sumptuous dinner buffet and most agreed that last year was the best food presentations ever at our Trek Vegas events. Cash bars will also be available for adults for alcoholic libations.
THE THURSDAY NIGHT "GOLD CELEBRATION PARTY" is FREE for all our wonderful Gold Patrons. We "own" the Voodoo Lounge on an exclusive basis during our party hours (party ends at midnight, with opening time to be announced) and after we can hang on a non-exclusive basis on the Voodoo Lounge and Lounge patio level. All under 21 patrons must leave the club by 11:45 pm. WE ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT JG HERTZLER AND ROBERT O'REILLY will be part of the entertainment recreating their now classic Blues Brothers like show as well as the lovely CHASE MASTERSON (Leeta) in song! AS AN ADDED 2012 KICKER, PLEASE NOTE THAT IT WILL BE OUR GREAT PLEASURE TO OFFER ALL GOLD PARTY GOERS A COMPLIMENTARY DRINK (ALCOHOL IF AGE APPROPRIATE) TO TOAST THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF STAR TREK: TNG WITH US!

WE ARE HAPPY TO WELCOME JG HERTZLER AND ROBERT O'REILLY recreating their now classic Blues Brothers like show as part of our entertainment as well as song stylings by CHASE MASTERSON (Leeta)!
