Justin Chung is an illustrator and sketch card artist for such popular properties as DC Comics, Marvel Comics, Lord of the Rings, NBC's Heroes, Star Trek and Star Wars. Star Wars Expanded Universe fans may recognize Justin as the model for Kai Justiss. Named after Justin and based on his likeness, this enigmatic Jedi and Order 66 survivor's appearances include Star Wars magazines, comics, graphic novels and books. Justin is also the creator of the award-winning WorldFamousComics.com website, one of the Web's first and largest destinations for comic book fans. The vast majority of our guest celebrities take questions from the audience during their on-stage time. Therefore it is incumbent upon those that ask questions to make them ones that allow our mutual shared time with the celebrities to be enjoyable, interesting and entertaining for all (including the guest). Asking for hugs, telling stars we love them (we all do, that's why we're here), giving gifts (you can do this at photo ops), getting into long personal stories, or worse, is not acceptable for this format and, in fact, is quite self-centered when you are in essence "representing" all of fandom to a celebrity. Join us in trying to make this convention the best entertainment for everyone!

DESSERT PARTY Saturday Evening 9pm! Celebrate all three of our sci-fi franchises with fellow fans from around the globe. Delicious desserts, guest celebrities on hand to meet and a cash bar to lubricate the night will tentatively include MARINA SIRTIS and our STAR WARS stars. Photos of the stars are allowed when they enter the room, then we ask that you put your cameras away. Note: This event is included free to GOLD WEEKEND patrons. $55 Tickets available at the convention.

SUNDAY MORNING GALACTICA CELEBRITY BREAKFAST & SILENT CHARITY AUCTION (10:00 am to 11:30 am) featuring KATEE SACKHOFF AND TAHMOH PENIKETT in person (photos allowed as they enter and then we'll escort them around to meet everyone in attendance). He has appeared on television in Dr. Who, The Avengers, The A-Team, Murder She Wrote and scores of others, and on film inThe Day of the Jackal. He starred in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Aspects of Love (both in London and on Broadway), as well as Jekyll and Hyde, Gypsy and Camelot. He was most recently seen in the TV mini-series The Triangle. WILLIAM WELLMAN, JR. - Bajoran Security Officer on DS9, Bill has an impressive list of credits that go back more than 60 years, plus he's the author of a book about his famous director father, William A, Wellman, entitled "The Man and his Wings", about the making of the first movie to receive an Oscar for Best Picture. HERB JEFFERSON, JR. - Lt. Boomer from the original Battlestar Galactica plus appearances on Rod Serling's Night Gallery, Mission: Impossible, the original Bionic Woman, T.J. Hooker, Hill Street Blues, ER, Ron Howard's Apollo 13, Outbreak and much, much more. DON MARSHALL - Lt. STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION 20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION We'll be celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the landmark series STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION at the convention with various events/presentations and music videos. It was a true testament to Gene Roddenberry's vision that he was able to "do it all again" and bring the world a brand new incarnation of Star Trek, one that spoke equally passionately about the true potential within us all to bring positive energy to the future. We'll be debuting TNG 20th Anniversary merchandise items at the convention. This collectible plate is our first example of what is in "store"!

STAR TREK FILM TO LAUNCH DECEMBER 2008 PREQUEL TO FOCUS ON YOUNG KIRK and SPOCK The joyous news has now been officially announced as Paramount Pictures said it will release J.J. Abrams' "Star Trek XI" on Christmas Day 2008, resurrecting the cult franchise after a six-year hiatus. The newest installment, a prequel focusing on a young Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock, is the first to be slotted for release on the holiday. Abrams, who has been developing the project, is set to begin lensing in the fall. He is producing with his "Lost" co-creator Damon Lindelof. Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci are penning the script; they collaborated with Abrams when writing "Mission: Impossible III." They will also take exec producing credits, along with Bryan Burk. The 10 previous "Star Trek" films have grossed more than $1 billion at the worldwide box office. The new feature film and all the latest casting developments and ongoing reports will be discussed at the convention. Be sure to be in attendance as STAR TREK LIVES again!

THE FORCE AMONG US The Force Among Us is the 1st high budget documentary that takes a deep look at the diversity of Star Wars fandom. Filmed by the brother and sister duo of Cristian and Cortney Macht along with Frank Yario Jr. (Spider Man II), Rick Thomas (Prison Break), and Fred Ciba III.  The Film features interviews with Dan Madsen (former Star Wars Fan Club President), members of the 501st, Patrick Read Johnson (director of “5/25/77”), and many others. The documentary was also shot on location in Finse, Norway and Tunisia—both original filming locations for the Original Star Wars Movies. We will be doing a panel about this documentary on FRIDAY of the convention.

DAN MADSEN   One of Creation's great friends, Dan Madsen started his entertainment career as an actor filming commercials for Dodge, JC Penny's and many others. He was responsible for starting the Official Star Trek Fan Club for Paramount Pictures when he was a teenager. However, Dan has played a big part in the Star Wars fandom universe as well. He is the Unsung Hero of the Star Wars community and a familiar name and face to Star Trek Fans. He was responsible for keeping The Lucasfilm Fan Club alive, when they asked him to take it over in 1986. That's when he realized that what he was doing was his career path and he built on it from there and formed his own company, Fantastic Media. Dan will be speaking about Star Trek on SATURDAY and he has many great stories to tell about his legendary interviews with all the Trek superstars and creators!

WELCOME 501st LEGION We're happy to welcome members of the 501st Legion who create their own costumes based on the "bad guys" in the Star Wars movies and wear their costumes in public to celebrate their appreciation for Star Wars. Many members of our group also participate in the Rebel Legion of Star Wars 'Good Guys' costumes and characters. Together, they represent many of the various characters including; Darth Vader, Stormtroopers, Imperial officers, Jedi Knights, Queens & Princesses, smugglers & bounty hunters to name just a few. Members of their international group regularly volunteer to participate in various charity activities and events around the world. "STAR TREK & STAR WARS FANS: An Analysis" Saturday Based on his study of over 8,000 science fiction fans from over 50 nations, lecturer John Tenuto will discuss how fan stereotypes are not accurate and compare fans of Star Wars and Star Trek. Specifically, the presentation will utilize slides to discuss who Star Trek and Star Wars fans are with income, marital status, education, and gender. The presentation will also discuss what fans do for fun, including a look at how many fans costume, attend conventions, blog, collect, etc. There are some surprising results!

AUTOGRAPH TICKETS
It is sad to say that experts have said that over 75% of the autographed celebrity items on on-line auction sites are frauds and from what we've seen in the sci-fi field we'd say that it is quite true, especially when it comes to the bigger stars. That's why getting autographs in person at conventions is THE BEST way to collect: you know what you are getting, plus you get to see it happen! You can bring any item from home to get signed or there will be tons of photos and cool stuff at the convention to purchase as well. Autographing is done day of appearances and are non-rushed and once purchased are guaranteed (unlike some of those other fan conventions out there which should remain nameless!)

If you ordered separate Jamie autograph tickets you may use those as cash for other tickets or Creation merchandise at the convention, or, following the convention you can send them to our office for a refund.

Note: Patrons must bring an item for celebrities to sign. You can bring something from home or purchase a photo or other collectible in the vendors room. Please feel free to purchase as many autograph tickets of a particular celebrity as you'd like. He was most recently seen in the TV mini-series The Triangle and WILLIAM WELLMAN, JR. - Bajoran Security Officer on DS9, Bill has an impressive list of credits that go back more than 60 years, DON MARSHALL - Lt. Boma in “The Galileo Seven” from TOS, Dan Erickson in Land of the Giants and SEAN KENNEY - the crippled Captain Pike in “The Menagerie - Part 1 and Part 2” and Lt. DePaul in “Arena “ and “A Taste of Armageddon” all from the original Star Trek series. All are present throughout the weekend in the vendors area to meet fans and offer their autographs for a nominal fee.
