Be sure of which day a guest is doing photo ops/autographs before purchasing your admission tickets. You must have an admission ticket for the day of your photo op and/or autograph.

REMINDER: Most guest will sign almost any item you bring from home or you can buy an item at the convention, but you need to have an item for the guest to sign. One ticket equals one autograph.

REMINDER: Your ONE photo op ticket includes an 8x10 glossy full color photo of yourself with the guest and can include up to TWO fans (1 photo op tix = 2 fans in one photo). TWO photo op tickets can include up to FOUR fans in a photo (2 photo op tix = 4 fans in one photo). We cannot, however, accommodate over FOUR fans in any one photo op.

ACOUSTIC JAM with CHASE COLEMAN
On SUNDAY, Musician/singer/actor Chase Coleman will also be on hand to perform with his band, Mercy Mode during the day as our House Band and headlining the Saturday night Celebration Concert (see below)!
Lucky music-lovers receive the unique opportunity to meet Chase and listen to his music.

SATURDAY NIGHT CELEBRATION CONCERT
Our Saturday night LIVE Celebration Concert has always been a highlight for our fellow TVD/Originals fans! Join Chase and house band MERCY MODE plus special guests for some great live entertainment! All guest participants are tentative until show time.
The concert is complimentary for GOLD, SILVER and COPPER WEEKEND patrons -- and for all others, a la carte tickets are only $35!

Note: Convention admission passes are not required to purchase a concert ticket or attend the concert, but the concert is an evening event ONLY and the ticket does NOT include an admission pass for daytime programming. This event is complimentary for Gold, Silver and Copper Weekend Patrons but the first rows will be removed for standing so weekend pass holders do NOT keep their daytime reserved seats for this event. There will be room to sit in the back for those that prefer to, and the show is still quite visible and enjoyable.
Join us for our FREE Karaoke Party on FRIDAY night after pre-registration! Get the chance to sing on-stage in a raucous evening of karaoke and dancing, with special guests. All guest participants are tentative until show time.

Since this is a FREE EVENT, you do not keep your same seats you had during the day as the first few rows are removed. There will be seats in the back if you prefer to sit. If you have a VIP pass or special needs, please come to the front of the line.
NOTE: If you choose to stand in line early to be up front, you may only hold one additional place until the doors open. Once the doors open and if your companion is not there, there is no guarantee there will be room left in the front. Although these are FREE events and you do not need a convention pass to attend, please be aware that there is still a limited capacity at each venue. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and space may be filled to capacity.
Have the perfect cosplay outfit from the TVD franchise? Held on SATURDAY, you can come dressed as any The Vampire Diaries, The Originals or Legacies character or create your own to compete for the audience's applause to win great prizes.
Painting Parties: Join us for a fun and relaxing time on Friday pre-registration night, Saturday evening and Sunday morning, as you embrace your creative self and paint a Vampire Diaries/Originals-themed painting on a 12x16" canvas, with all supplies provided. Instructor Ed Mueller of ArtParty4U will be on hand to guide you step-by-step through this painting. These are a great memento of the convention and they’re suitable for framing, gifting, or even having autographed throughout the rest of your convention experience!

The Common Room: We will have a fun and creative room full of activities, including:
For a flat daily rate ($25/day or $50/2 days) you get to access to all our activities throughout the day including:
• Photo Op Mat Decorating: You can decorate an 11x14 photo mat using our supplies or you can bring your own.
• Bead Making Table: Make "Vervain" or "Vampire Blood" jewelry and more using our beads and other charms.
• Photo Booth: Four photo booths available for unlimited digital photos, plus a two daily changing green-screen backgrounds, including replica props.
• Painting stations: Paint an 8x10 canvas board with whatever you'd like to create.
• Games: Play card games, board games, and more from our collection.
• Coloring Pages: Just sit and have a relaxing time coloring.
• Or just hang and talk with friends in a quiet space.
NOTE: A convention pass is required to purchase tickets for the Common Room, but the Common Room tickets are NOT an admission pass to the convention. Common Room tickets are specific for a separate area at the convention.

Be the TVD Trivia Master! Be one of 90 chosen fans to play one of three rounds of trivia from the franchise and who knows, you could be the last person standing.
For the Cosplay Contests and Trivia Game Winners: Gift certificate prizes are valid for one year from date of issue and can be used towards Creation Merchandise only, and excludes admission passes and a la carte autograph/photo op/concert/special event tickets.

Here’s a more exclusive way to meet our special guests in a smaller group setting! Closer to the convention, we offer special VIP Experiences and Meet & Greet experiences through online auction site.
If you already have GOLD passes, you have the chance to bid on the VIP experience (only GOLD patrons can win a spot)! Meet & Greets with special guests in attendance are open for bids for everyone. These are generally limited to 10-20 fans per meet and greet. Sign up for the email blasts to stay in the loop!

Giving Gifts to Celebrities
We know that many fans like to give gifts to our celebrity guests and we feel this is a lovely gesture. However, it's impossible to accommodate the large amounts of gifts and we do not have an adequate system to accept them at the many different venues. Please refrain from bringing gifts to the convention.
