Please make sure to bring ALL your printed out tickets to the convention as we can not replace any tickets forgotten or lost. This holds true for all ticket-buyers domestic and outside of The United States as we no longer have a will-call or hold ticket desk. Our convention sites generally have a business office where you can print out your tickets if you have left them home by mistake. Once you present your ticket(s) at registration, photo op areas, or autograph sessions they will be scanned for legitimacy and one-time use only. Thanks!
Pre-registration (not a necessity, just a convenience) is generally offered for weekend patrons on the night prior to the convention. This will be confirmed and noted on this site as we get closer to the event.

GOLD WEEKEND ADMISSION PACKAGES
At this early time, our top of the line GOLD WEEKEND Packages are available. Here's what you get when you go "gold" for the Vancouver Official STARGATE Convention 2012:
1) The absolute best reserved seats in the main theatre where all our major guests appear! These seats are YOURS, come and go, all three days! GREAT for photographers and those that like to be close to all the action!
2) Complimentary admission to the exclusive Gold SATURDAY NIGHT Dessert Party: an amazing array of desserts to enjoy with fellow fans and celebrity guests making special appearances! The Stargate themed centerpiece competition also takes place here and you can let your passion take flight by entering! As previous attendees know this hotel REALLY knows how to deliver great desserts which really adds to the night! A cash bar is present to keep the party hopping! GUESTS to include CHRISTOPHER JUDGE, KAVAN SMITH, JULIA BENSON, MIKE DOPUD and ANDEE FRIZZELL.
3) Complimentary in person autograph signings with many of our celebrity guests including Joe Flanigan, Christopher Judge, David Hewlett, Kavan Smith, Ryan Robbins, Paul McGillion, Suanne Braun, Sarah Strange and more to be announced. The value of these autographs, if bought separately, would add up to a major part of the entire package price! Note: list is tentative and subject to change.
4) First to get autographs when we go row by row: you are in the front rows: you get the idea!
5) The STARGATE Celebrity Cabaret is always a true highlight of the convention. Here is where some of our stars do what they do best: entertain audiences! You keep your same great Gold Seating for this evening event (usually set for Friday night)
6) Pre-Registration for Gold Patrons (get credentials before others, get set and then enjoy all the privileges of "being Gold!") Pre-registration is not a necessity, just a benefit. You can register any time registration is open!
7) Wristbands for immediate entrance without waiting after initial registration!
8) Complimentary STARGATE gift produced solely for the Vancouver Stargate final convention!
9) Complimentary admission to our famous KARAOKE PARTY! Come sing, come laugh, come hang out: you never know who will show up and these events have been tremendously entertaining for all!

PREFERRED WEEKEND PACKAGES
These weekend packages, available in limited number, offer a great opportunity to folks who want to attend the convention with a reserved seat but are not interested in doing the evening events or autographing that come included in the higher priced Gold Packages. It is a wonderful economical way to come and enjoy the amazing guest stars, daytime on-stage events, and vendors at the convention! Your seating will be located behind our Gold Weekend Patrons (approximately 300 fans). Note that this package includes reserved seating only for the daytime conventions (no evening events) for all THREE days and you can also participate in pre-registration. These packages do not include autographs which can be purchased separately below.

AUTOGRAPH TICKETS
Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. In order to receive your photo ops and autographs at the convention you must also be a convention attendee by having an advance admission ticket (bought on-line) or purchasing one at the door.
Here's the chance to receive in-person autographs from your favorite celebrities. Note that if you have a particular autograph as part of your ticket package and want a 2nd (or more) signatures you can have all your signing done at once when you first go up to the celebrity. Autographs are done in a non-rushed comfortable manner.

Andee is offering her autograph directly to convention attendees in our vendor area at pricing and times to be determned by her.
Kate Hewlett - $20 All three days
Julia Benson - will sign autographs offering for a nominal fee directly to patrons throughout the convention in the vendors room.
Brent Stait - will be present all three days at various times in the vendors room (he makes his own hours, so check his booth out) to meet meet fans and offer his autograph directly
Autographs Note: Patrons must bring an item for celebrities to sign. You can bring something from home or purchase a photo or other collectible in the vendors room. Please feel free to purchase as many autograph tickets of a particular celebrity as you'd like.
Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. You must have an admission ticket to the convention to get autographs or photo ops.
PHOTO OPS
Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention to enter into the photo op areas. Due to security considerations and guest concerns we cannot facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. LIMIT OF TWO FANS PER PHOTO-OP, NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE! TWO FANS CAN BE IN THE PHOTO OP FOR THE PRICE OF ONE PHOTO OP TICKET.
Your photo will be taken by Creation's all knowing and super-powerful official staff photographers. They take the best pictures, make the stars comfortable & willing to pose more freely with fans, and generally are beloved by all. Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.
