Tickets are sent two weeks prior to the event. If you live outside the USA or order within two weeks of the event, your tickets will be held at the door. If you are writing to us for information about a specific convention please specify WHICH convention/city you are asking about. This will save time and get you the correct answer to your question. Also general admission tickets go on sale for events after the higher priced packages. When each grade of tickets go on sale a complimentary notice is sent to those on our e-mail lists.
