Ticket Ordering Information
Online tickets have been taken off sale.
GENERAL ADMISSION SINGLE DAYS, RAVEN PACKAGES and DANCE PARTY, however, are still available in advance here.
Why it’s critical to bring all your printed PDFs
Please make sure to bring ALL your PDF admission passes and a la carte autograph/photo op/concert/special event tickets to the convention as we cannot replace any passes or tickets forgotten or lost. This holds true for all pass and ticket-buyers domestic and outside of the United States as we do not have a will-call or hold desk. Our convention venues and/or host hotel generally have a business office where you can print out your pre-purchased items if needed. Once you present your PDF(s), they will be scanned for legitimacy and PDFs may be used only one time. Some photo op sessions require your PDF to be validated, so please check the schedule for instructions. If there are duplicate PDFs, we will honor the first scanned only.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased General Admission Weekend Packages and GA Single-Day Admission Passes (non-reserved) with our official partner Fever, you DO NOT need to bring printed tickets. You will be emailed a digital QR code directly from Fever.
Customer Support E-Mail: ANY problem you have please write to us at: customer.service@creationent.com and we’ll do our best to help you. Customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:30pm Pacific time. If you have an issue over the weekend pertaining to a show that is happening that same weekend, please go in-person to the convention registration desk for assistance. Requests sent to Customer Service over the weekend may not be received until the Monday after the convention is over.
You may buy Autograph and Photo Op a la carte tickets before buying an Admission pass, but you must have an Admission pass for the day of your Autograph or Photo Op in order to use the Autograph or Photo Op a la carte tickets. Please buy an Admission pass as soon as you can as we can never guarantee Admission passes won’t sell out before the show. Join our Free Email list to get updates about the convention.

What if I Get a Ticket from a Third Party?
Unless your ticket came from an official third-party partner, i.e. Fever, we cannot verify or guarantee admission passes or ticket purchases that are not made directly from Creation Entertainment. If you purchase tickets from a fan or other seller, it might not be legitimate. As we cannot be held responsible for second-hand sales, the first person using the PDF is considered the owner of the admission pass or autograph/photo op ticket. If you have purchased a fraudulent ticket, it will not be honored. Once you receive your PDF, do not leave it where others can make copies. Please be careful. Anyone buying or selling fraudulent tickets will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
