Creation Entertainment proudly presents TREK TO VEGAS 2024 on August 1-4, 2024 at the Rio All-Suites Hotel & Casino
There are three types of vendor spaces available at the convention for all four days of the event and preview night:
1. One 2 1/2 by 6 feet island table: $625
2. One 2 1/2 by 6 feet wall table: $775
3. One 10x10 booth, located in front of the vendors room (includes pipe and drape, one 6ft table and two chairs): $1600
Setup will be held on Tuesday, July 30, and Wednesday morning to early afternoon, July 31. We will have a dealer preview night, which opens to the general public afternoon Wednesday, July 31. Most of our higher-end patrons attend the preview night. So, please reserve that day and night for the convention.
Please note that only licensed merchandise is allowed to be sold at this event. We reserve the right to close your location down without a refund and ask you to leave if you’re not following this or the other rules mentioned.
As a vendor in the State of Nevada, you do not have to apply for a sales Tax ID number prior to the show. The promoter, Creation Entertainment will give you a one-time sales tax form and you must fill out the form and turn it in before exiting the venue on Sunday night.

CREATION ENTERTAINMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY VENDOR ACCESS TO ANY EVENT IF THE COMPANY FEELS THAT PARTICIPATION BY A GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL WILL HARM THE EVENT OR OUR COMPANY IN ANY MANNER. CREATION ENTERTAINMENT WILL BE THE FINAL ARBITER IN EACH CASE.
It is not acceptable, due to studio rules, to sell prints of your artwork of the characters that are owned by the series studios. Also, our venues to do NOT allow the sale of food products as they consider them competitive.
Creation only allows the sale of licensed merchandise (including videotapes/dvd’s) at its events. Vendor’s are responsible for the legality of the items they sell, as well as government and/or tax licenses, and insurance. We do not allow the sale of pornographic materials at our events and please keep in mind that Creation events are family oriented and attract children of all ages.
The sale of photographs or postcards of characters played by guests appearing at the convention is prohibited as are cast shots featuring said characters.
Vendors may also not distribute literature promoting other genre events without pre-written confirmation by Creation Entertainment. Although we often allow this to occur at our sole discretion, if the event you wish to promote is directly competitive to existing or planned Creation events, unfortunately we cannot allow promotion of said conventions. Distribution of promotional flyers for sci-fi or other genre conventions without permission will result in your booth being closed without refund.
Vendors may not collect names and addresses (e-mail or otherwise) of event attendees without written approval from promoter.
Vendors may not "sublet" their space to other companies or person, nor bring celebrities to be at your booth without written approval from Creation Entertainment. By purchasing a vendor table, you obtain two vendor wristbands that allow you into the vendors room during vendor operational hours. Once you put them on, you cannot take them off until the convention is over. Please make sure to wear them throughout the weekend as we cannot replace them. WRISTBANDS will be given out generally the first morning before opening. Vendor wristbands do not allow access into the theatre.
Exhibitors agree to hold Creation Entertainment and any of its production partners harmless from any loss/damage of merchandise or injury sustained during attendance at its events. Vendor room is watched by security or locked by the facilities security, during non-event hours. Creation Entertainment takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen during the convention. It is up to vendors to carry their own insurance for their inventory.
Please keep your area neat and clean. Kindly bring along a trash bag to collect any unwanted item, food, etc... to properly dispose of it. With everyone’s co-operation, it allows for a good work environment.
All tables come with up to two complimentary VENDOR PASSES, most often in the form of specially coded wristbands that allow you into the vendors room during set up and close down periods. It is necessary for us to physically place these wristbands on, no exceptions. Please make sure to wear them throughout the weekend as we can not replace them. WRISTBANDS will be given out generally the first morning before opening. Vendors passes do not generally allow access into the theatre.
Vendors may not "sublet" their space to other companies or persons, nor bring celebrities to be at your booth without written pre-approval.
Vendors tables are non-refundable.
