Unlike so many other genre conventions, Creation Entertainment has a strict company policy not to "oversell" our conventions. In other words, every patron, no matter what bracket of ticket they purchase, will have a seat in the main auditorium where the major guests appear and events take place. Nothing upsets us more than hearing about other conventions that sell tickets to patrons and then those very same patrons have to wait on additional lines inside the facility to get into (or sometimes not!) the main theatre. An important Creation Entertainment difference we want you to know about!

The Creation difference extends to our 40 years experience in running fan conventions. In the last few years we've seen promoter after promoter fail taking hard earned ticket money down with them. Inexperienced promoters, often first-timers, use celebrity images and names to get ticket money which they use to hopefully pay their expenses. When that fails they've already gone through "your" ticket money and they collapse leaving no recourse for ticket holders. They say "buyer beware" but this has happened in Twilight, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, and Firefly fandom (to name just a few) and we really feel for those great fans who have lost their ticket money and upset travel plans.

**All Convention tickets have a $7.75 shipping/handling fee charged per ticket ordered. This applies to all online orders.

***Attention Attendees: Do not purchase Creation Tickets from scalpers or anyone trying to offer tickets as you arrive at our convention locations. Each ticket is checked for authenticity at the door with a scanner and we cannot let you in if your ticket is counterfeit (which has happened recently). Each ticket once scanned makes any and all copies of that same one of a kind scan void and we can only let the first person in with it. Please ony buy your tickets only from Creation in advance or at the door, we seen too many nice folks lose their hard earned money this way and be turned away. Thanks, we appreciate your support!

ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are tentative and subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we cannot issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. Of course we will always refund separately purchased photo ops and autograph tickets for a guest if they cancel.

PHOTO TAKING POLICY AT THIS CONVENTION
We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs. Thank you for understanding the need to have these few rules so everyone is safe and has fun.

The vast majority of our guest celebrities take questions from the audience during their on-stage time. Therefore it is incumbent upon those that ask questions to make them ones that allow our mutual shared time with the celebrities to be enjoyable, interesting and entertaining for all (including the guest). Asking for hugs, telling stars we love them (we all do, that's why we're here), giving gifts, getting into long personal stories, or worse, is not acceptable for this format and, in fact, is quite self-centered when you are in essence "representing" all of fandom to a celebrity. Join us in trying to make this convention the best entertainment for everyone!

In the event of convention cancellations or date changes Creation Entertainment is not responsible for patrons' costs involving travel or hotel accommodations or any other non convention ticket expenses.

Advance ticket sales are generally turned off early to mid-week of the week of the events. Tickets, if they are not sold out, are sold at the convention of course.

Here's a pic of the legendary sci-fi author/genius Isaac Asimov, a frequent visitor to our early conventions and quite a character as well! It is amazing that we got to work with him after reading so many of his books.

From the "you never know" category, here in the middle is "Young Hercules" at our Official Hercules/Xena Convention (pictured with his co-stars from that short lived series). He's better known by his real name today: Ryan Gosling, an incredible actor doing wonderful work in feature films.

Back in the heyday of Xena popularity we had the pleasure of meeting some of New Zealand's top talents as they often guested on the series which was filmed in that beautiful country. Left to right: Karl Urban who went onto major stardom as Star Trek's new Dr. McCoy, Kevin Smith, one of our all-time favorite guests, on the verge of international fame when he was killed in a tragic accident, and Danielle Cormack who continues to perform in New Zealand.

For over two decades we had the pleasure of presenting the country's leading horror fan conventions, Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors with the popular magazine and illustrious editor Tony Timpone. These shows were a breeding ground for up and coming genre talent and that makes us proud. Here, one of the icons of the field, Robert Englund, on stage.

During one crazy phase we started manufacturing action figures and selling them in Toys R Us amongst other national retailers. Bruce Lee was probably are most realistic looking figure, but we also had success with Saturday Night Live figures and Drew and Mimi from The Drew Carey Show.

It had one of the most loyal and passionate fan movements behind it and a gloriously talented cast of performers working with amazing and intelligent scripts. We were delighted to be associated with this incredible and still missed series and it was always a special pleasure to work with star Ben Browder.

Early Creation Convention
We were ahead of the times back in the 80's with conventions mixing all sorts of fan favorites together. Usually all the different fandoms got along and it is nice to see that Dr. Who is more popular than ever. We were licensees back in the day and worked with many of the earlier Doctors, including, of course, the larger than life Tom Baker.

Comic book and entertainment fans owe much to the legendary JACK KIRBY, the revered talent who co-created the Marvel mythology and made many early appearances with us, among his most devoted followers. Although his passing never allowed Jack to see the amazing success of his characters in film we do know that his appearances at conventions always brought down the house!

It is always great when we can personally thank a performer for an absolutely beautifully done job and that was just the treat when John Noble appeared in Feb. of 2013 wrapping up his epic FRINGE series, one of our all-time favorite shows!

The beautiful and talented Alfre Woodard graced her stages to reminisce about her appearance in Star Trek as Lily in the movie Star Trek: First Contact, but of course she is best known for being an Academy Award and Grammy nominated actress as well as having an incredible 17 Emmy nominations (winning four).

Three of the most popular actors on the planet graced our stages along with their The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn director: Bill Condon, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner helped us make history at an official fan gathering done in conjunction with the press junket and in association with Summit Entertainment.

We even had time to publish 6 issues of a popular comic art fanzine called Infinity when we were teenagers. Back in the days before the internet, printed fanzines and conventions helped keep fandom connected.

When we ran The Official STAR WARS Convention we brought in Gene Roddenberry as a surprise and this moment in time was a true highlight. Gene was a great mentor of ours and he is always in our thoughts, especially when we gather for our Official STAR TREK Conventions.

BILL SHATNER & LEONARD NIMOY toasting the 40th Anniversary of Star Trek on the exact day, 4 decades later, that the original series began its TV run! Taken in Chicago at Creation's Salute to Star Trek's 40th! Thanks, Bill and Leonard for being such a big part of Creation Entertainment! Who would have thought that as kids that watched classic Trek, that one day we'd be working with these show biz legends!


History is made again at Creation when LEONARD NIMOY passes the ceremonial "#1 Vulcan" tee-shirt to the new Mr. Spock ZACHARY QUINTO. It all happened in front of the audience at Grand Slam XVI. Creation Conventions: it is ALL about making wonderful memories like this!

We’re thrilled to be returning in 2016 and honoring American television’s longest running genre show ever! That’s quite an achievement and everyone knows that along with the fabulous actors (television’s hottest cast) and the great writing and storytelling, a lot of credit goes to the world’s greatest and most giving fandom, one that has kept the series alive through its unprecedented support. And who could not thank Jensen, Jared, Misha and Mark, super busy superstars, for taking the time to headline EVERY Creation Entertainment Official SUPERNATURAL Convention. In our 45 years of fan conventions, there’s never been a more fan-friendly cast, and we are proud to be a part of this incredible SPN family! We’re out to make our 2016 stop in THE LA AREA a wonderful time for all, so please make your plans early to avoid a sell out as we don’t sell more tickets than we have seats for in the main theatre. This is so important this time in particular because we are in a smaller theatre than last year’s sell out. That ensures your vacation allows you to see ALL the stars you want, without worry or extra waiting, but also means we are going to sell out early.

Jason's work has been featured in many shows including Supernatural and he is friends with the stars of the show.

His voice is amazing and we're happy to welcome him on stage on Friday and also have him be part of our famous Saturday Night Concert.  Jason will also be signing complimentary autographs for those who have purchased a Jason Manns' item at his table in the vendors room on Friday and Saturday and he is doing photo ops on Friday. 

In general, questions for our celebrities are taken from the audience at microphones in the front of the audience area. Yelling of questions from the audience is disruptive and rude to everyone present and may result in being asked to leave the theatre and convention. We ask that everyone respect their fellow attendees.

 

November 9: we’ve been notified today that due his directing Supernatural RIchard Speight Jr. will not be on hand Friday, but will be joining us starting Saturday and will do his separate autograph and photo ops then, as well as any group photo ops scheduled for Saturday. Rob will step up and handle hosting duties as well as leading rock group Louden Swain on Saturday Night. Pre-game photo op with Richard and Rob has tentatively been changed to Saturday.

ADA Rules on service animals  This event welcomes service animals as per The ADA rules.  Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event.

All guests are announced when contracted, and all convention contracts include clauses allowing actors to cancel if they get film and/or television work. In the rare case of a guest cancellation we always try to do our best to replace performers. We cannot, however, refund tickets for a convention admission based on a guest cancellation, beyond of course specific autograph and/or photo op tickets which are not included in packages.

For those attending our conventions and making travel plans: please know that the majority of guests that appear on stage do so usually in the later part of the day (although that is sometimes different for actors working on a current series). Sometimes autographing runs into the evening or later when guests appear late in the day. Because we have to wait for guests to give us their flight information we cannot tell you in advance when these autograph sessions will occur until the convention schedule is posted at this website a few days before the event. For those out-of-towners that want to guarantee autographs of stars appearing on Sunday we do suggest staying over or planning a later leaving time. More recently both Jensen and Jared's autographs have occurred starting around 6:30pm Sunday though there is no guarantee of that for this particular show.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! We do suggest buying tickets only from the original source: through this website. Because all tickets are scanned for use at the convention we can ONLY allow the first person in using each singular ticket. Autograph and photo op tickets are also scanned for one-time use. NOTE THAT WE HAVE SEEN A RISE IN THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WHO WE HAVE HAD TO TURN AWAY BECAUSE THEY BOUGHT SECOND-HAND BOGUS TICKETS FROM THE WRONG PERSON!

Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary cautions.

Master of Ceremonies YOUR SPECIAL MASTER OF CEREMONIES FOR THE CONVENTION: RICHARD SPEIGHT Jr.

What can we say about a gentleman we are deeply indebted to for amping up the entertainment level at our conventions? Richard's work on stage as MC is exceptionally entertaining and his quick wit manages to bring out the very best of our guests without overshadowing them. Our definition of a "perfect host" and Richard makes this tough job truly look easy.

Our hats are off to him as we gladly continue a relationship we truly treasure. Richard, of course, has had a long career outside of Supernatural including work on Yes, Dear, Jag, Jericho, Justified, Band of Brothers and The Appomattox, amongst others. Naturally Richard will be with us all three days of the convention and of course we’re very proud of the fact that he has now become a director of SUPERNATURAL. CONGRATULATIONS Richard, one of the nicest guys in show biz and of course this will give us all some great juicy behind-the-scenes stories because Richard leaves it all on the stage!

“THE KARAOKE KINGS” have decreed their theme for 2016’s parties will be “GAME OF TONES” so if you desire come dressed in your best medieval outfits!

There has never been a fandom party quite as unique and as much fun as Richard Speight Jr. and Matt Cohen’s The Karaoke Kings Party featuring Rob Benedict!

Dressing up is not mandatory, just for fun, but you can come as you are. Chairs are removed from the front of the theatre for those that wish to stand close to the action but there are seats in the rear for those that just want to chill and watch. Our DJ is available on Friday (see schedule of events for time) to meet fans that want to sing and help them with their song selections. While this is not a guarantee you will be selected it is the only way to get in the running!

Our KARAOKE KINGS are large and in charge of our famous Free Karaoke Parties and are joined by special celebrity guest back-up singers, usually, but not always, our Friday guests. But you really never know who Richard and Matt are likely to bring out on stage! And don't forget to pick up your exclusive photo op with the guys spiffed out in their themed GAME OF TONES duds available at our photo op section below! These special photo ops are done about an hour into the Karaoke Party night.

Regarding the issue of alcoholic beverages at the convention: Due to the severity of infractions that have occurred recently, we have been advised that we can no longer allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events, the karaoke party and the Saturday night concert. We kindly ask, for the evening events (karaoke, Saturday night concert), you do not bring bags. Water stations will be available in the room and, for those that have special medical needs, you can discreetly discuss those with security before entering. We regret that we've had to take this measure, but we must protect our audience and celebrities. We retain the right not to allow entrance into any of the events to anyone who shows up appearing intoxicated. We will call hotel security or, as a last resort, the police, if necessary, to protect our audience. Updates to this section on alcohol can occur at any time and if so will be noted on the schedule of events given out to each patron when they arrive at the convention on the front page.

Announcing Our 2016 Tour House Band: On Stage All Three Days

LOUDEN SWAIN has become an anchor for all of The Creation Entertainment Official SUPERNATURAL CONVENTIONS throughout 2016 in the US and Canada. They have become a mainstay attraction on stage throughout the days, and we can’t imagine a convention being as much fun for all (including the celebrity guests) without them.

They have added so much to the Official SUPERNATURAL Conventions it’s helped take these fan gatherings boldly into a place that takes these affairs into the “vacation” vs. convention territory: it really is three days of non-stop live musical, comedy and improv entertainment! Here are some pictures of the band hard at work in 2013 including Jensen joining in for a brief part of "The Boys Are Back in Town" -- in 2014 both Jared and Jensen participated with the band in a version of a Vanilla Ice Rap! More recently (in Vegas 2015) Jensen has actually come to the concert and performed full songs; it tore the house down, so you never know fully what to expect! The audience went crazy! WE LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING LOUDEN SWAIN AS THE HOUSE BAND AT THIS OFFICIAL SUPERNATURAL CONVENTION. DON'T MISS IT!

The four-piece Los Angeles indie group Louden Swain makes music best described as a combo platter of classic, alternative and hard rock, sounds that have won over legions of fans, because they go over so big with our audiences and stars we knew they had to return in cities around North America with them and so it is! Let their music touch your heart throughout the weekend’s activities and especially reserve SATURDAY NIGHT for LOUDEN SWAIN and their special guest performers at our Saturday Night Special Musical Concert: you won't be disappointed!

Fronted by lead singer and actor Rob Benedict (known to Supernatural fans as Chuck Shurley and Carver Edlund), Louden Swain also includes bassist Mike Borja, lead guitarist Billy Moran and drummer Stephen Norton.

Each new album has arrived brimming with gumption and sparky intellect, leading to a lot of early buzz: “The LA pop rock band has a polished sound reminiscent of Marvelous 3,” says Kayley Thomas of Pop Matters, “one that crackles and sparks with wit, humor, and a powerful mix of intellectual and musical playfulness and maturity. Bursting with energy and whimsy.”

Benedict’s connections to the acting world – he has appeared on TV’s “Masters of Sex,” “Felicity,” “Alias” and “Supernatural” and films like “Waiting” – then led to the tune “Help You” being placed in the 2010 Jenna Fischer movie “A Little Help,” in which he co-starred. A successful tour of Europe through England, Germany and Austria also brought Louden Swain to new audiences.

They’ve been making music for 15 years, and boast an impressive catalogue of music including A Brand New Hurt, Eskimo and 2014’s Sky Alive, now available in vinyl!! Get your copy at the convention.

Music Video Contest

THE SUPERNATURAL FAN MUSIC VIDEO CONTEST

One of the coolest highlights of the convention is the running of fan-produced music videos honoring SUPERNATURAL, its themes and characters. If you are a talented video editor now is your chance to show off your creativity and vie for prizes at The Creation Salute to Supernatural Convention Tour 2016.

Rules: one music video about SUPERNATURAL may be submitted on DVD only (please no computer-based media like CD accepted). PLEASE USE ONLY NTSC FORMAT FOR YOUR DVD. Entries are judged on the following criteria: video quality, audio quality, editing quality, inventiveness, song selection and originality. Humorous submissions are encouraged. Entries cannot be returned, and person submitting entry is granting Creation the right to play this entry in perpetuity at Creation events worldwide and/or online at the Creation website(s). Creation does not sell music videos so your entry will never be sold as a commercial product, just presented at our events/online.

Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate good for Creation merchandise (Creation merchandise only, excludes convention, autograph and photo-op tickets). Winners will be announced and certificates awarded on site. Please tell us which specific convention the music video is for and send in your video using order confirmation or signature required in order to know if it has arrived. PLEASE NOTE: Because we are a merchandise licensee of Warner Bros. Television for Supernatural only licensed by the studio Supernatural products are permitted for sale at the convention. Other vendors of other genre merchandise are invited to attend as well. For our attendees we wanted you to know that the vendors area is small. Because of this fact, we didn't want anyone to come expecting a huge dealers room AND even these two photos are crowded, it really doesn’t get so very often so there is plenty of time set aside to more casually browse.

Attitudes in Reverse is a 5013C nationally award winning charity whose mission is to talk to children and young adults about good mental health and suicide prevention. We have talked to over 30,000 students in the last five years primarily in the Northeast. We have begun expanding to AZ, MN and CA this last year thanks to the generosity and support of Jared Padalecki, Gil McKinney, Mark Pellegrino and the entire SPNFamily.

Due to our attendance at cons we are able to get our message of Starting the Conversation out to thousands of people every year which is so incredibly important as the AKF campaign has shown over the last year and a half.

Speight Jr. and Benedict in sharp suits

What can we say about these two stars, Richard Speight Jr. and Rob Benedict, both of which have added so much to Creation Entertainment’s Official Supernatural Convention Tour. They have helped us realize our dream of making these events far more than any other fan convention, truly they have been instrumental in giving our audience three days and two nights of live, super-exciting, interactive and fun entertainment. Simply stated, these events are unlike any other experience out there and at a far more attractive price than similar live show business entertainment like concerts, Broadway shows, celebrity events, etc. One of the coolest things is that by pairing up Richard and Rob at the conventions they have become best friends, much the same way that so many of our attendees have over the years and probably one of the nicest things about the events.

Please make sure to bring ALL of your printed out tickets to the convention as we cannot replace any tickets forgotten or lost. This holds true for all ticket buyers, domestic and outside of the United States as we no longer have a will-call or hold ticket desk. Our convention sites generally have a business office where you can print out your tickets if you have left them home by mistake. Once you present your ticket(s) at registration, photo op areas, or autograph sessions they will be scanned for legitimacy and one-time use only. Thanks!

There have been too many people who unfortunately are copying their scannable tickets and reselling them to unsuspecting patrons. We turn away any ticket that comes up SCANNED ALREADY and will let ONLY the first person in.

The only way to avoid this issue is NOT to buy tickets from anywhere but Creation’s website or at the convention itself at registration.

Please note: if you have autographs in a package you have purchased you are free to “gift” these to other people as long as they have some sort of admission ticket to the convention. Autograph and Photo Op Tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention in order to redeem autograph and photo op tickets. Photography is not allowed during the autograph sessions.

Here is the incredibly rare chance to get an in-person autograph from the sensational stars of SUPERNATURAL. These stars will sign any item you bring from home or buy at the convention. There will be tons of great photographs and other collectibles available at the convention that will be suitable for signing purposes. If you have autographs included in the ticket packages you have purchased and you want more than one autograph per celebrity, you can purchase them here and then get all your signatures from that celebrity at the same (first) time you are called up.

We are asking that our audience does not delay photo ops or autographs by telling our stars personal stories of how the series has helped them during these sessions. November 9: we’ve been notified today that due his directing Supernatural RIchard Speight Jr. will not be on hand Friday, but will be joining us starting Saturday and will do his separate autograph and photo ops then, as well as any group photo ops scheduled for Saturday. Rob will step up and handle hosting duties as well as leading rock group Louden Swain on Saturday Night. Pre-game photo op with Richard and Rob has tentatively been changed to Saturday.

Note: Patrons must bring an item for celebrities to sign. You can bring something from home or purchase a photo or other collectible in the vendors room. Please feel free to purchase as many autograph tickets of a particular celebrity as you'd like.

Note: Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. Photo Ops

The photo op is such a precious moment and the last thing we want to do is ruin that experience. The maximum numbers of each photo op sold has not changed. With the growth of the SPN family there are a few folks who are not following the rules that have always been present. If everyone follows the rules there is no reason to change the way the photo ops have been done for years at the SPN conventions and we will be doing them in that original way as we move forward. Please don’t be the exception that causes a change to the time tested system that works well for everyone. Creation’s photos have long been the best and our goal is to continue that for all and as a reminder here are the rules as they stand.

If you’d like a pose, you can tell it to the guests, but please make sure you have your pose ready to go. Bring a picture that shows the pose if you think you may have a hard time explaining it. If you have props, please make sure they are easily held and ready to go.

Due to time constraints, here are some of the things we cannot allow: putting on clothing, blankets, ties etc…, floor poses, handcuffs, rose petals, confetti or anything that creates a mess that requires clean up. Please do not asked to be picked up in the photo. We obviously do not want anyone to get hurt.

Please know, that if you want a hug, go for a “hug shot”. Please do not ask for a hug before or after the photo is taken as it takes up someone else’s photo op time. In place of sharing personal stories, some of our celebrities have asked that you contribute your story to their Facebook pages where they can look at personal stories at an appropriate time or you can choose to send items to the celebrity addresses on our website. It’s about respecting everyone’s convention experience including fellow fans, actors and staff. We only sell a certain number of photo ops at each show and want to make sure everyone gets the best photo op they possibly can. But we need your help in not slowing down the process.

We are well aware of the importance of this issue and the great work the series’ stars have done in this area but we feel it is not in the best interests of the conventions to overburden our celebrities with so many difficult and heart-wrenching stories focused at an event that is meant to be fun for them and the audience.

The photo op experience is one that we know is a highlight of the weekend for many fans. Due to security considerations and guest concerns we cannot facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut-off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

CREATION’S RULES AND REGULATIONS

Thanks for being with us! We really appreciate your visit and want to make sure you have the absolute best time! With that in mind a few rules to keep everyone safe:

1) ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT THE CONVENTION: Due to the severity of infractions that have occurred recently, we have been advised that we can no longer allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events, the karaoke party and the Saturday night concert. We kindly ask, for the evening events (Karaoke, Saturday Night Concert), you do not bring bags. Water stations will be available in the room. For those that have special medical or other needs that require bags, you can discreetly discuss those with security before entering and they will do a quick bag check for any items that are not permissible. All bags are open to inspection at any time. We regret that we’ve had to take this measure, but we must protect our audience and celebrities. We retain the right not to allow entrance into any of the events to anyone who shows up appearing intoxicated. We will call hotel security or, as a last resort, the police, if necessary, to protect our audience.

2) PHOTO OPS WITH THE STARS: If you’d like a pose, you can tell it to the guests, but please make sure you have your pose ready to go. Poses are at the discretion of the actor. Bring a picture that shows the pose if you think you may have a hard time explaining it. If you have props, please make sure they are easily held and ready to go. Due to time constraints, here are some of the things we cannot allow: putting on clothing, blankets, ties, boas, water or nerf guns, floor poses, handcuffs, rose petals, glitter, confetti or anything that creates a mess that requires clean-up. Please do not asked to be picked up in the photo. We do not want anyone to get hurt.

If you want a hug, go for a “hug shot.” Please do not ask for a hug before or after the photo is taken as it takes up someone else’s photo op time. In place of sharing personal stories, post them on social media sites as requested by the celebrities. Please respecteveryone’s time including fellow fans, actors and staff. We only sell a certain number of photo ops at each show, which has not changed, and want to make sure everyone gets the best photo op they possibly can. But we need your help in not slowing down the process.

Read the full schedule for directions on when to show up for you photo ops as some sessions are called from the theatre by ticket number so you can relax, not wait on a huge line and overcrowd the photo op area. If calling of numbers is not indicated on the schedule, photo ops are done on a first come, first serve basis. Please be on time for your photo op as they move quickly and we cannot do re-takes. Special poses are at the discretion of the actors and could be based on flights, scheduling or other issues.

PHOTO OPS may be picked up in the photo pick up area when available. Full information on when photos will be ready is on a hand-out available in the photo op room. Personal photo-taking is not allowed in the photo op room at any time. Please put cell phones away when you’re in the photo ops room. We try our best to catch light glare on glasses, but it is extremely difficult to detect during the session. Be advised that we cannot be responsible for glare if you choose to leave your glasses on in your photo. Photo ops may be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Each photo op ticket can include up to two fans and you can have up to four fans (two tickets required) in one photo. We cannot accommodate more than four fans in any one photo. If you are accompanying a fan, but will not be in the photo, you must wait outside of the photo ops room unless you are with a minor or assisting someone with special needs, then you may wait on the other side of the room.

The photo op experience is a highlight of the weekend for many fans. With everyone following the above rules, we can offer the type of experience that everyone wants and we want to deliver!

3) MAIN THEATRE RULES: PLEASE SIT ONLY IN THE SEAT YOU PURCHASED. PHOTO TAKING is from your seats only, don’t rush the stage when guests appear. NO SELFIE STICKS! Please limit flash (which does not make your photos better unless you are in the first few rows) photography. Those with sensitivity to flash please be aware that it does occur. Photos taken at our events are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

4) AUTOGRAPHING: Please have your items for signature out and ready during autograph sessions. Please move quickly through the line and refrain from sharing personal stories with the celebrities. We greatly understand the tremendous impact and help that Supernatural and its stars have given to many, but the sharing of those heart wrenching stories are better delivered as requested by many of our celebrities to their social media sites where they can see and read them, not at the convention which is a celebration and a place where we join together with them to have fun. At virtually all of the Supernatural Conventions we have professional trained counselors who can help those in need, please speak to them if you find you need to. Personalizing is at the discretion of the celebrity signing and/or may be affected by guest flights or other scheduling issues. You must bring something to have signed, either from home or an item purchased on site. Photo-taking of the celebrity guests during autograph sessions is not allowed. Only those with an autograph ticket may go up to the autograph table. If you are accompanying a fan, but do not have an autograph ticket, you must wait in another area until the process is finished, unless you are with a minor or assisting someone with special needs, then you may wait on the other side of the autograph area. If you have trouble standing let us know, if you are in a wheelchair or scooter please go with your row or by your number. Celebrities have the right to refuse to sign items that are deemed inappropriate.

5) VOLUNTEERS: Our volunteers are here to help you and we thank them for doing so. However, if you have an issue with ANYONE or ANYTHING please let Adam, Gary or Stephanie know AT the convention so they can solve the problem. They can’t help immediately if you don’t tell them on-site when it happens. They’re easy to find – Adam is usually at the tech desk, Gary and Stephanie can be found through registration. Just ask!

6) AUDIO/VIDEO: At the request of some of our guests, no video/audio capturing or LIVE STREAMING! Anyone caught live streaming will be asked to leave.

7) CELL PHONES: Please turn cell phones off or to vibrate and refrain from talking when theatre is active.

8) Q&As: Some of our major star questions are done by lottery and names of winners are posted. We do not allow questions to be yelled from the audience if you did not get picked. Disruptive yelling will cause your removal from the session and convention without refund. ONLY ONE QUESTION MAY BE ASKED TO A CELEBRITY BY A FAN. PLEASE NO PERSONAL STORIES ABOUT YOURSELF. See above rule #4 about sharing personal stories. If you are lucky enough to get to ask a question, please do not ask for hugs or birthday requests. As you are representing all of us, kindly make your question a good well-thought-out one and perhaps something the guests have not been asked before. If you are in the question line, stand all the way to the side, as to not block the view of others. Q&A sessions start at the listed time and end at the listed time of the next stage activity.

9) AUTOGRAPH & PHOTO OP TICKETS: Please purchase autographs, photo ops & printed photos during Registration & Vendors Room hours! Tickets & merchandise will not be available once closed.

10) PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Will almost always start on time and if you miss it, we cannot make up the time. Potential conflicts are posted in the schedule, so PLEASE make sure you follow the instructions in your meet & greet listing. If you need assistance, please let us know!

11) SECOND-HAND TICKETS: We don’t recommend buying tickets from anywhere but the Creation website or registration. All scannable tickets are checked and we can only allow the first one that goes through. After that, tickets with the same sku will come up as previously scanned. As of late, there have been more nice fans being taken advantage of when buying secondhand tickets, so please be careful! There is nothing we can do if your ticket shows up as previously scanned.

12) LOST OR MISPLACED ITEMS: As with any ticketed event, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced tickets. We cannot replace autograph or photo op tickets that are purchased at the convention, so PLEASE make sure your tickets are kept in a safe and secure place. THANKS!

13) CURRENCY: Please note that all expenditures at the convention for tickets, merchandise, photo ops, etc. are done in American dollars and will be converted as such on your credit cards. Depending on the rate of exchange at the time your credit card processes, if you are not from America, the price(s) may vary.

14) HARASSMENT POLICY: Creation is dedicated to providing a safe and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age or religion. We firmly believe in the ideals of one of our mentors, Star Trek’s creator, Gene Roddenberry. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind from anyone. Patrons violating these rules may be expelled from the convention (without a refund) at Creation’s discretion and hotel security may be called in to facilitate this response. If you have any issues with anyone, please ask to speak to Adam, Stephanie or Connie immediately. All of them are available on-site and can be reached through registration or by the convention MC/Host. Issues of this importance should not be handled by our volunteers, as great as they are.

15) SMOKE-FREE: Creation events are smoke-free environments, which includes vaping and e-cigarettes.

16) SERVICE ANIMALS: This event welcomes service animals as per the ADA rules. Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event.

Please abide by these rules when attending our gatherings. Creation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not following the rules above.

Saturday Night Special starring Louden Swain and Celebrity Guest Performances!

Louden Swain features Rob Benedict (now known to Supernatural fans as God) bassist Mike Borja, lead guitarist Billy Moran and drummer Stephen Norton. The concert will also feature tentative guest appearances by Mark Sheppard, Matt Cohen, Osric Chau, Sebastian Roche, Mark Pellegrino, Jason Manns, Richard Speight, Jr., and special surprise guests and featuring performances by Creation’s own Chris Schmelke on bass, Stephanie Dizon on vocals and Adam Malin on keyboards! This concert is complimentary for our Gold, Silver and Copper Weekend Patrons (please use your same seats as the daytime). For others, all remaining seats are general admission and are $50 available at registration during the day or at the door. After the show, Louden Swain will be signing complimentary autographs in the Theatre for those who have purchased Louden Swain merchandise!
