After such a wonderful response and loving support from the fans, Creation is once again presenting the Official Supernatural Convention: The Giving Back Show -- the next generation of immersive, interactive fan events.

With Misha Collins and many of your favorite Supernatural stars on hand, we are giving fans a new kind of experience with the SPN guests, all while embodying Misha and Creation's belief in giving back to the community by supporting a local charity! 

In this Giving Back Show, there will be two main quests that the attendees can participate in:

INTERACTIVE QUEST

This will send you on all kinds of fun and quirky tasks throughout the convention, as you work with your fellow attendees and stars to earn points, move up the levels, and win prizes along the way! It’s also a great way to spread plenty of kindness that will benefit a local charity. At this show, it will be the Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles (see below more information). Step outside your comfort zone and get active when you join us for a great time in Burbank!

CREATIVE QUEST

Harness your creativity and join us on the Creative Quest! This will challenge you to tap into your inner artist and create something amazing, with a SUPERNATURAL twist, of course! The specific theme for this Creative Quest is “CITY OF ANGELS” and you can create a piece/work of art, photography prints, prose, poetry, music recorded (original music ONLY) or any other artistic expression (see below for more details).

Entries must be received by Sunday, October 20th at 12:00pm (but you may start submitting as early as Saturday noon so the items can go on display) and the winners will be announced on Sunday afternoon.

Have a blast with such activities as filming a scene from Supernatural with Misha Collins; playing Charades with Richard Speight, Jr. and Rob Benedict; doing Mad Libs with Rachel Miner; Monster Mash Up with Kim Rhodes and Briana Buckmaster; Heads Up with Alex Calvert; Trivia Game with Adam and David and of course, a Flash Mob Dance with Ruth Connell!


Let your Supernatural flag fly with the Creative Quest!

The specific theme for this Creative Quest is “CITY OF ANGELS” and you can create a piece/work of art such as -- paint, watercolor, pencil, ink, mixed media, 2D or 3D, sculpture, textural (costumes), photography prints, prose, poetry, music recorded (original music ONLY) or any other artistic expression. Unfortunately, no video, live performances or conceptual arts are allowed. You can work alone or as a team to create your pieces, and they will be judged at the show. 

There will be one winner selected for each category of piece/work of art submitted, and one randomly selected participant will win an outrageous GRAND prize.

Entries must be received by Sunday, October 20th at 12:00 PM (but you may submit them beginning on Saturday at noon) and the winners will be announced on Sunday afternoon.

L.A. Bus Tour with Ruth Connell

Get ready to see Hollywood through the eyes of your favorite coven leader! Join Ruth Connell for a tour of L.A., visiting some of her favorite sites.  

It takes place Friday, October 18, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with lunch included. You’ll meet in the Marriott Burbank Hotel lobby at 9:30AM, and all participants are required to sign a standard waiver before boarding the bus for the tour. There’s only 50 seats available, so make sure you don’t miss out on this wicked adventure!

CAUTION! If you suffer from motion sickness, please take preventative measures prior to boarding the bus as we are not able to make special accommodations for those with motion sickness. Please note most tours do involve walking, so please be prepared. Staying on the bus is an option but not recommended.

LOUDEN SWAIN: On Stage All TWO Days of the Convention!

LOUDEN SWAIN is a central Official SUPERNATURAL CONVENTION attraction, performing on our stage throughout the weekend! Lead by talented lead singer and Supernatural's own, ROB BENEDICT (“God”/“Chuck”), their songs will have you dancing, singing and moved by Rob’s fantastic lyrics. 

Rob and his band Louden Swain made fandom history when they became the convention’s house band on stage throughout the three days, but they broke the convention mold forever with the launch of Creation Entertainment’s presentation of The Saturday Night Special Concert, a true treat to behold and one you must not miss! 

The equally talented members of the group Billy Moran, Mike Borja and Stephen Norton have each rightfully gained their own fan followings. Don’t miss The Saturday Night Special Concert, starring Louden Swain, who will be joined on stage by some of your favorite Supernatural actors. You never know who might show up, so stay tuned!



MASTER OF CEREMONIES: RICHARD SPEIGHT, Jr.

One of the true highlights of our Supernatural conventions is the talented and funny Master of Ceremonies, Richard Speight, Jr.!

Richard keeps the weekend going and the audience laughing, and he introduces our guests in a loving yet hilarious way.

Richard and his co-host Rob Benedict have been doing such a great job that it led to a television series where they play exaggerated versions of themselves. Rich and Rob regularly receive standing ovations as well as invitations to return to the series, and Rich has proven himself to be an exceptional director on several key episodes!


We are so proud to host this amazing night of music, which truly shows how multi-talented those Supernatural stars are! Along with Louden Swain, other celebrity guest performers include Richard Speight, Jr., Briana Buckmaster, Kim Rhodes, Ruth Connell, as well as Adam Malin and other members of the Creation crew. Guests are tentative and subject to change.



The concert is included in our amazing Gold, Silver or Copper Weekend admission packages and you can keep your same reserved seat during the concert.

Are you a talented video editor? A walking encyclopedia of all the exciting moments from Supernatural who thinks, "These would be awesome set to music?" Here is your chance to flex your creative muscles, and fan knowledge, to compete for prizes at Supernatural Official Convention!

Entries are judged on the following criteria:
• Video, Audio & Editing quality
• Inventiveness
• Song selection & originality
• Humorous submissions are encouraged!

Those videos chosen as the best will be played on screens at the Official Supernatural Conventions!

Below you'll find the rules, submission guidelines and anything else you might need to know:

• One SUPERNATURAL music video may be submitted, and only one.
• All disc submissions must be on DVD and in a sleeve or jewel case to be accepted. -ONLY NTSC FORMATED DVDs WILL BE ACCEPTED OR.
If submitting a flash drive, please make sure all files are compatible with Quicktime. 
• In your submission you must list the specific convention the music video is for.
• Entries are limited to people attending the specific event. This is due to an overwhelming number of submissions.
• Send your video using an order confirmation or signature required so you know if your video was received.
• Please keep the submissions under five minutes.
• Winners are announced at the event.
• You do not have to be present for the actual showing of your video, but you must claim your award at the show before the end of the weekend or your award will be forfeited.
• The competition closes 40 days prior to the convention. We will NOT make any exceptions to this.
• Don't forget about the great supporting cast members of the show!
• We ask that you do not use footage from shows other than Supernatural.
• Entries cannot be returned, and person submitting entry is granting Creation the right to play this entry in perpetuity at Creation events worldwide and/or online at the Creation website(s).
Creation does not sell music videos so your entry will never be sold as a commercial product, just presented at our events/online.
• Do not submit the same video for multiple events. It will not be considered after its first submission. This also goes for videos that have been recycled with only minor changes.

Held on SATURDAY, come dressed as any Supernatural character (or create your own) and compete for the audience's applause to win great prizes! Unlike larger, Comic Con-type conventions, our vendors area is smaller. You won't have to wade through loads of other merchandise you aren't interested in just to find the choice items because we bring only the Supernatural best to our vendor area.

The Yes/No game is usually held on Friday and you can be one of 90 chosen fans to play one of three rounds with the last person standing earning the title of SPN Trivia Master. The day of the Yes/No game is tentative and subject to change.

During Victoria’s Makeup 101 Class, you will be learning the basics of putting on everyday makeup, along with a few tricks to help you get a full glamour look!

Victoria will teach you the differences between eyeshadow application for different eye shapes, contour for different face shapes -- and you’ll get a full list of her must-have products! You’ll be able to ask any questions about beauty makeup or even special effects makeup, cosplay, or body paint. Although it is not mandatory, you may bring your own makeup. Two volunteers will be chosen to be Victoria’s models per class to have their faces done so if you have any allergies or aversions to sitting in front of a group, let us know when you arrive.

This special class will take place on Sunday (time TBD) and is limited to only 20 people for $50. Make sure to sign up today! Please note: All participants are required to sign a standard waiver.

Random Acts is a charity founded by Misha Collins with a mission to "conquer the world one random act of kindness at a time" and "inspire acts of kindness around the world, both big and small."

Please make sure to bring ALL your PDF admission passes and a la carte autograph/photo op/concert/special event tickets to the convention as we cannot replace any passes or tickets forgotten or lost. This holds true for all pass and ticket-buyers domestic and outside of the United States as we do not have a will-call or hold desk. Our convention venues and/or host hotel generally have a business office where you can print out your pre-purchased items if needed. Once you present your PDF(s), they will be scanned for legitimacy and PDFs may be used only one time. Some photo op sessions require your PDF to be validated, so please check the schedule for instructions. If there are duplicate PDFs, we will honor the first scanned only.

Customers should receive their PDFs within 3-5 business days of having placed their order. All Convention tickets have a non-refundable $8.50 handling fee charged per item ordered. Photo Op PDFs may be required to get validated. Please check the event schedule for instructions. Weekend Admission Packages vs Single-Day Admission Passes:


The Gold, Silver, Copper and General Admission Weekend Packages are full-convention admission passes that allow you access for the whole weekend. Gold, Silver and Copper include reserved seating and General Admission Weekend passes are not reserved seats, but are guaranteed a seat in the General Admission section. You will not need to purchase any additional single-day admission passes. 

The Single-Day Admission Passes are admission for the SPECIFIC day you choose to attend the convention. With your single-day admission pass, you’ll be able to see the guest panels and daytime events for the DAY you choose to attend. Preferred single-day are reserved seats that you choose when you purchase your pass on our website. General Admission single-day passes are not reserved seats, but are guaranteed a seat in the General Admission section.



The Gold Weekend Admission Package Pass is our most comprehensive package! You pick the seats closest to the stage, so you won’t miss a single cherished moment, receive complimentary autographs and more! Here’s what you get when you go GOLD!

Reserve your seat in our main theater for the entire event! Gold Package Holders choose their seats while ordering packages online, ensuring the best views in the house. This seat is yours for both days, free from wandering seat-stealing monsters. No salt circle necessary!

Having the chance to get in-person autographs from the stars of SUPERNATURAL is one of the real benefits in attending our convention! Photo Op tickets DO NOT include admission passes to the convention and are NEVER INCLUDED IN ANY CONVENTION PACKAGES. You must purchase a la carte photo op tickets separately AND have an admission pass for the day of your photo op to redeem your photo op ticket. The show schedule is finalized the week of the convention to accommodate flight itineraries and filming schedules of our celebrities. Convention activities usually start around 10:00 a.m. but may begin earlier depending on schedules. Stage programming also usually ends around 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. and some autograph sessions begin after stage programming is complete for the day. This can run until 10:00 p.m. so PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY! Signings start later on Sundays, so we recommend that you plan to stay late or stay overnight. The final schedule is always posted one day PRIOR TO THE CONVENTION on either WEDNESDAY (for our three-day conventions) or THURSDAY (for our two-day conventions).

WOW, it is hard to believe that we have been producing conventions for our fellow fans for 47 incredible years and what a ride it has been. Thanks to our fellow fans, we’ve loved bringing the stars direct to their audiences; and the tradition has continued and indeed been amped up greatly by our SUPERNATURAL CONVENTIONS. Unlike so many other genre conventions, Creation Entertainment has a strict company policy not to "oversell" our conventions. In other words, every patron, no matter what bracket of ticket they purchase, will have a seat in the main auditorium where the major guests appear and events take place.

Creation Entertainment has the right to refuse service to anyone who interferes with the safety and well-being of other patrons, staff, actors, Creation Entertainment and the establishment itself. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment of any kind both in advance and/or at a particular event, illegal activity, unreasonable rowdiness, patrons lacking adequate hygiene and inconsideration to others. Refusal of service shall never be based on race or color, National origin or citizenship status, religion or creed, sex, age, disability, pregnancy or genetic information, Veteran or Military status, marital status, sexual orientation or gender identity, medical condition, political affiliations or activities, or status as a victim of domestic violence, assault or stalking.

 

Here is some pertinent information for you to have about Creation’s conventions, certain policies and more:

ADMISSION TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE

All guests and scheduling are tentative and subject to change. Creation Entertainment does not advertise any talent without written permission from the talent or their representation. 

In the event of a guest cancellation or a date change: ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are tentative and subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as well as a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not and therefore we cannot issue admission pass refunds if a particular guest is not able to attend. If a guest must cancel their appearance at the convention, Creation Entertainment is not responsible for any refunds other than the a la carte specific-to-the-guest autograph or photo op tickets as another guest will be booked as a replacement in signing for Gold/Silver or a pre-signed photo will be provided if a replacement signer is not possible. Also, in the extremely rare chance that an actor does not finish his or her autographs or photo ops (which has only happened in a hand full of cases due to something out of our control), we will only be responsible for the refund of the a la carte autograph or photo op ticket if not redeemed. We will refund or issue a credit voucher only for a la carte photo ops and autograph tickets for a specific actor if they cancel.

Please do not come for just one actor. Our events are a celebration of the series and multiple actors from the show attend. If we have a cancelation, we will do our best to book a replacement or we will provide our Gold/Silver patrons with a pre-signed photo of the actor not in attendance if the canceled actor was signing for Gold/Silver.

Creation is also not be held responsible for any financial loss associated with the purchase of air tickets or hotel rooms that are not canceled (virtually all hotels offer a 24 or 48-hour cancelation policy, so there should be no jeopardy associated with reservations). We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen issues.

Harassment at events: Creation does not tolerate any forms of harassment or bullying at its events. The company’s complete policy is stated on each schedule of events that is handed out at each convention. If you witness bad behavior at an event, immediately notify the contact listed on the rules page of your printed schedule and there is Creation staff present at all times. We cannot do anything about complaints that come after the event is over.

Team Members: We are so grateful and fortunate to have the support of our Team Members, whose continued efforts and dedication help make our conventions possible.  They are available to assist you with any questions you may have about convention events and activities, however if you have an issue, please ask to speak to Management on-site.  Check your schedule rules page to see which manager is on-site at your specific event. If you would like to submit an application to be considered as a Team Member, please visit our Jobs/Team Members section of our website by clicking here.

For those attending our conventions and making travel plans: Please know that many of the headliners who appear onstage on Sunday usually do so towards the later part of the day. Autograph signings can run into the evening until 9:00PM-10:00PM. For those traveling from out of town, we do suggest staying over until Monday in order to get your autographs and the full convention experience. Creation is not responsible for any costs associated with travel for any attendee. We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance in the event that anything should happen.  

We are not responsible for orders that are rejected during processing: On rare occasion, an error may occur during the ordering process that can require the order to be resubmitted. This can include: Incomplete form submission (usually caused by not completing the entire ordering process to the very end); Credit card failures (usually caused when there are not enough funds in an account or the credit card company rejects the charge for any number of reasons including out of state, international or unfamiliar ordering to the customers’ general pattern); or system errors during transmission of the order. 

We suggest buying admission passes and a la carte tickets only through this website: Because all PDFs are scanned for use at the convention, we can ONLY allow the first person in using each singular PDF. Autograph and photo op PDFs are also scanned for one-time use. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

All admission pass and a la carte ticket prices are subject to change at any time, so please order as early as possible.

Admission pass packages do not include photo ops: Photo ops must be purchased separately on this website or at the convention (if not sold out). NOTE: You may buy an a la carte Autograph and/or Photo Op ticket(s) before buying an Admission pass, but you need an Admission pass for the day of your Autograph or Photo Op in order to use the Autograph and Photo Op tickets at the convention (unless the guest has changed days). Please buy an Admission pass for the day of your Photo Op or Autograph as soon as you can as we can’t guarantee Admission passes won't sell out before the show. Please, absolutely, do not ask for exceptions to this rule.

Alcoholic beverages at the convention: At most of our events, we do not allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms, including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events, meet & greets and any night events. Water stations will be available in the room. We reserve the right to perform bag checks at any time. We reserve the right to deny entrance into any of the events to anyone who appears intoxicated. If there is an instance of alcoholic beverages sold, your ID will be checked by the bartender and any underage customers will not be served any alcoholic beverages. Creation is not responsible for the alcohol consumption of others.

Weapons policy: Please do not bring any weapons to the show. If you are using a prop weapon for a photo op or as part of the cosplay contest, please bring it to registration to get tagged. After your photo op or cosplay contest is over, please do not have your prop weapon on the convention floor at any time. Prop weapons without tags will not be allowed at any time.

Lost or misplaced items: We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items. We cannot replace a la carte Autograph or Photo Op tickets that are purchased at the convention, so PLEASE make sure your PDFs and hard ticketss are kept in a safe place.

ADA Rules on service animals: This event welcomes service animals as per ADA rules. Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event. 

Photo taking policy at this convention: We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun. In the main theatre, photo taking is encouraged but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to Fire Marshall regulations, everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during photo ops.

Audio or video capture for personal use is allowed except in certain circumstances: Photography and audio or video capture are for personal use only - public dissemination and commercial use strictly prohibited. If there is a time where we cannot allow audio or video capturing, we will advise in advance. LIVE STREAMING IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. 

Raffles/Fundraising: Unsanctioned raffles and fundraisers are not allowed at Creation events.

Flashes from phone and cameras occur often during stage presentations: If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions. For our attendees, please keep flash photography to a minimum.

By attending Creation events, you agree to allow your image to be used on our website and in news documentaries or stories, either filmed by Creation Entertainment or other entities. 

Please do not bring latex balloons of any sort to any of our events: We have had attendees with latex allergies and additionally bursting balloons can be hazardous to people at short range. 

Medical emergencies:  If you have a medical emergency and you do not have a caretaker with you, hotel security or 911 will be called to assist you.
