2016 brought us the exciting news that one of our very favorite shows of all time, Disney/ABC’s ONCE UPON A TIME, shared a huge and loyal following of fellow fans that made a convention tour of its own truly possible as evidenced by the sold-out crowds that greeted our first area OUAT Official events in our first year. They were amazing weekends of fun joined by folks who loved the show as much as we did, and the cosplay was truly extraordinary. So much has happened in the past year that has made OUAT fandom grow even bigger so we are VERY proud to be bringing The Official Tour back in 2017 headlined by an outstanding array of ultra-talented stars; PLUS ALL THE 2017 GATHERINGS ARE THREE DAYS LONG: MORE GUESTS, MORE EVENTS, MORE FUN, but with THE VERY SAME CREATION promise: every ticket of any kind guarantees you a seat in the theatre to see every guest you want to that day(s), unlike every other fan convention we know of: no waiting, no worrying: just the very best vacation we can offer: it’s the Creation difference and the way we as fans want our conventions to be: everyone gets what they came for!
Every once in a blue moon a television series captures the hearts of viewers who become passionate about their love of the storyline, the look and feel of the show, and the actors that breathe life into the characters we come to cherish. ABC’s Once Upon A Time certainly fills that rare bill as fans worldwide have made this show one that is the talk of the Internet and eagerly followed by viewers, much in the tradition of other series that Creation Entertainment has been involved with in its 45-year history.
With fan events centered around Star Trek, The X-Files, Star Wars, Xena, Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, Stargate, and many others, we are proud to add Once Upon A Time to this list and also continue our line of souvenirs designed with fans in mind, and often by fans themselves. With the support of the studio we hope to present weekends that serve as true “get away from it all” vacations and allow our attendees the rare opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Once Upon A Time, while meeting new friends, and greeting actors in a way that is truly unique.

Lee will be appearing on stage Saturday and will also be hosting the convention on Saturday and Sunday as well as appearing at the very special Saturday Night Musical concert event as described below. Lee has been a popular performer on many hit shows and films for 30 years now, and it is a pleasure to have him as our host. He will also be signing autographs and doing photo ops on both Saturday and Sunday too.
Appearing Friday and Saturday, doing autographs and photo ops too those days, and also as part of Saturday Evening’s Concert and Friday Night’s Karaoke Party.
Beverley will be appearing on stage, signing autographs and taking photo ops with fans on Sunday. She will also be performing at the Once Upon a Concert on Saturday night!
Chris will be appearing on stage, signing autographs and doing photo ops on Friday and Saturday.
Michael will be appearing on stage, signing autographs and taking photo ops on Friday when he is also hosting/MCing the day. Michael will also be performing at the Saturday Night Concert.
Raphael will be appearing on stage on Friday and participating in our Friday Night Karaoke Party. He will also be signing autographs and doing photo ops on Friday as well.

Regarding the issue of alcoholic beverages at the convention: we do not allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events and any night events. We kindly ask, for the evening event(s), you do not bring bags unless necessary. Water stations will be available in the room and, for those that have special medical needs, you can discreetly discuss those with security before entering and we will do bag checks. We regret that we've had to take this measure, but we must protect our audience and celebrities and we’ve been advised that this is a necessity. We retain the right not to allow entrance into any of the events to anyone who shows up appearing intoxicated.
ADA rules on service animals: This event welcomes service animals as per the ADA rules. Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event.
All guests are announced when contracted, and all convention contracts include clauses allowing actors to cancel if they get film and/or television work. In the rare case of a guest cancellation we always try to do our best to replace performers. We cannot, however, refund tickets for a convention admission based on a guest cancellation, beyond of course specific autograph and/or photo op tickets which are not included in packages.
For those attending our conventions and making travel plans: please know that the majority of guests that appear on stage do so usually in the later part of the day (although that is sometimes different for actors working on a current series). Sometimes autographing runs into the evening or later when guests appear late in the day. Because we have to wait for guests to give us their flight information we cannot tell you in advance when these autograph sessions will occur until the convention schedule is posted at this website a few days before the event. For those out-of-towners that want to guarantee autographs of stars appearing on Sunday we do suggest staying over or planning a later leaving time.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL! We do suggest buying tickets only from the original source: through this website. Because all tickets are scanned for use at the convention we can ONLY allow the first person in using each singular ticket. Autograph and photo op tickets are also scanned for one-time use. WE’VE NOTICED A PICKUP IN BOGUS TICKETS and well-meaning fans being ripped off by those that have just resold copied tickets.
Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions. For our attendees please keep flash photography to a minimum and familiarize yourself on how to get the best pictures in different lighting situations. Generally flash is not the best way to take photos at the convention. We will attempt to have a more detailed note page of getting the best pictures at conventions available soon.

Since 2011, film crews have been descending on the neighbourhood of Steveston in Richmond, BC to magically transform it into Storybrooke.

YOUR SPECIAL MASTERS OF CEREMONIES FOR THE CONVENTION: LEE ARENBERG and MICHAEL COLEMAN
Lee currently has a recurring role as Grumpy in Once Upon a Time, but he is also known as one of Captain Barbossa’s crew in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series playing Pintel. He has also been in Californication, Pushing Daisies, four series in the Star Trek franchise, Scrubs, Charmed, Arli$$, Angel, Seinfeld, and many more in an incredible 30-year television career.
Lee has been instrumental in helping to develop some of the fun entertainment events of this special Once Upon A Time Convention; we are very appreciative to have him as our master of ceremonies throughout Saturday and Sunday and the anchor of our Saturday Night ONCE UPON A CONCERT.
Talented Michael Coleman will be our FRIDAY MASTER OF CEREMONIES. Michael has also appeared on Smallville, Supernatural, Stargate: Atlantis, Eureka, Stargate, Millennium and any, many more. He also is a writer, producer, director and FX designer.
ONCE UPON A CONCERT
We are pleased to announce a VERY unique evening of entertainment for attendees on Saturday. Hosted by LEE ARENBERG and featuring selected guest celebrities we will be presenting a musical concert that is sure to please. With our other official conventions this night of live entertainment has always proved to be a true highlight of the entire weekend. TENTATIVELY starring in this special event: already mentioned Lee, GIL McKINNEY (who has a spectacularly beautiful voice as our Supernatural audience knows), MICHAEL COLEMAN, and the amazing BEVERLEY ELLIOTT, including a special introduction to the concert by Emilie de Ravin, with hopefully more surprises to come!
The Saturday Celebrity ONCE UPON A CONCERT is complimentary for our Gold, Silver and Copper patrons (who keep their same great seats they had during the day). For others a nominal fee of $35 grants a non-reserved seat for the night.
THIS CONCERT TICKET IS NOT A DAYTIME CONVENTION TICKET. IT IS A TICKET TO THE "ONCE UPON A CONCERT" ONLY. You do not need a daytime convention ticket in order to attend this nighttime show. Just the nighttime show ticket.
"ONCE UPON A CONCERT" FEATURING:
Wow, are all of us in OUAT fandom are lucky: we have two absolutely sensational singers as part of the cast and they are both participating in our ONCE UPON A CONCERT. The marvelous Gil McKinney will be doing several numbers and there’s no question that Gil is on his way to a lead on Broadway, but we got him first! As soon as we heard Gil sing we knew he had this extraordinary voice, just as Beverley Elliott is blessed with. All the guests participating are indeed cool to do so, we love them all as we work together to make the Saturday Nights at OUAT as much fun as our Supernatural Tours. We can do it!
THE CREATION COSTUME PARADE
The costume parade (a Creation tradition that began with our first fan convention in 1971) continues stronger than ever as cosplay has exploded in popularity; at this event we’ll get to celebrate the gorgeous wonderful costume and makeup artists on Once Upon A Time.
Come as your favorite OUAT character, or make up your own and amp up your experience at the gathering. Our actual Costume Competition takes place on Saturday. Everyone who enters wins a prize, but the best of show wins a $250 gift certificate. Start working on your costume now and let your creativity shine for all to see! Bring your camera to grab shots of our guests of course, but also of the fans who have taken the time to develop their own costumes!

FREE KARAOKE PARTIES ON FRIDAY NIGHT WITH CELEBRITIES!
We are proud to announce our famed Karaoke Celebrity Parties will now be a regular staple of our Official ONCE UPON A TIME Convention tour. They take place FRIDAY NIGHT, hosted by Michael Coleman and featuring celebrities, generally but not always, those appearing on Friday on stage, but you never really know who will show up! Singers are our audience members backed up by the stars also, so it’s a lot of great interactive fun for all and FREE TO EVERYONE. Because front rows are removed this is not a seated event; there are seats in the back of the theatre for those that just want to chill and enjoy.
Here’s your chance to put all that OUAT watching to good use in our famous trivia competitions. Our first, on FRIDAY, is The Yes/No Game allowing 90 players the chance to win hundreds of dollars worth of gift certificates by showing off your knowledge of all things about the series.
On Saturday and/or Sunday (TENTATIVELY DEPENDING ON SCHEDULING), we’ll pick a panel of experts from the attendees and then allow our audience to try and STUMP THE EXPERTS, again giving attendees a chance to pick up OUAT gifts by knowing all about the show. It’s super-fun so start re-bingeing the show now! We also are working on some new trivia contests too!

Look out because we have tons of cool official ONCE UPON A TIME licensed products to offer attendees! There will be official photographs shot from studio source, great T-shirts and tentatively apparel, jewelry, mugs and glassware, banners and posters, autographed items, and more! This is THE place to be for collectors!
PLEASE NOTE: Because we are a merchandise licensee of ABC Television for ONCE UPON A TIME, only products licensed by the studio are permitted for sale at the convention. Other vendors of other genre merchandise or things that might appeal to this audience are invited to attend as well. For our attendees we wanted you to know that the vendors area is small. Because of this fact, we didn't want anyone to come expecting a huge dealers room. Please also note as this is only in the early days of The Official ONCE UPON A TIME Convention Tour we are in the process of ramping up our merchandise line and bringing in new vendors.

THE ONCE UPON A TIME FAN MUSIC VIDEO CONTEST
Everyone loves catching the fan-produced music videos we proudly run throughout the convention. It is always fun to share some hot music coupled with favorite scenes from ONCE UPON A TIME. We must say how very talented the "fan" editors have become based on other properties we’ve worked with on official conventions in the past. If you are a talented video editor now is your chance to show off your creativity and vie for prizes at Creation Entertainment's ONCE UPON A TIME Official Convention Tour 2016-2017.
Rules: one music video about ONCE UPON A TIME may be submitted on DVD only (please no computer-based media like CD accepted). PLEASE USE ONLY NTSC FORMAT FOR YOUR DVD. Entries are judged on the following criteria: video quality, audio quality, editing quality, inventiveness, song selection and originality. Humorous submissions are encouraged. Entries cannot be returned, and person submitting entry is granting Creation the right to play this entry in perpetuity at Creation events worldwide and/or online at the Creation website(s). Creation does not sell music videos so your entry will never be sold as a commercial product, just presented at our events/online.
Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate good for Creation merchandise (Creation merchandise only, excludes convention, autograph and photo-op tickets). Winners will be announced and certificates awarded on site. Note: Patrons must bring an item for celebrities to sign. You can bring something from home or purchase a photo or other collectible in the vendors room. Please feel free to purchase as many autograph tickets of a particular celebrity as you'd like.
Note: Guests appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except in VERY rare occasions which will be noted. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. You must have an admission ticket to the convention to get autographs or photo ops.
PHOTO OP TICKETS
Photo Op tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention to enter into the photo op areas. Due to security considerations and guest concerns we cannot facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. YOUR ONE PHOTO OP TICKET CAN INCLUDE UP TO TWO FANS. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE UP TO FOUR FANS IN A PHOTO, HOWEVER TO DO THAT YOU WOULD NEED TO PURCHASE TWO TICKETS (TWO FANS TIMES TWO TICKETS = FOUR FANS). Because of logistics and timing and at the request of our guests and photographers we cannot accommodate over FOUR fans in any one photo op.
If you’d like a pose, you can tell it to the guests, but please make sure you have your pose ready to go. Bring a picture that shows the pose if you think you may have a hard time explaining it. If you have props, please make sure they are easily held and ready to go.
Due to time constraints, here are some of the things we cannot allow: putting on clothing, blankets, ties etc…, floor poses, handcuffs, rose petals, confetti or anything that creates a mess that requires clean up. Please do not asked to be picked up in the photo. We obviously do not want anyone to get hurt.
Please know, that if you want a hug, go for a “hug shot”. Please do not ask for a hug before or after the photo is taken as it takes up someone else’s photo op time.
Your photo will be taken by Creation's all knowing and super-powerful official staff photographers. They take the best pictures, make the stars comfortable & willing to pose more freely with fans, and generally are beloved by all. ** Please note that we cannot accept "on cellphone" tickets for autograph and photo op sessions so you must print them out at home and bring them to the convention on paper, not your phone. Thank you! We can accept "on cellphone" tickets for admission however.

Creation Entertainment holds a "block" of rooms for our attendees. These blocks of rooms have a lower rate than standard rates at the hotel, but they also have a "cut-off" point after which hotels may choose to revert back to their own higher rates for our customers. Usually this cut-off date is one month prior to the event, but this does vary. Therefore it is always wise to book your rooms for our conventions as early as possible.

It is not acceptable, due to studio rules, to sell prints of your artwork of the characters that are owned by the series studios. Also, our venues do NOT allow the sale of food products as they consider them competitive.
Shows start about 10 AM in the morning and run until about 6 or 7pm at night, but they can start earlier and/or end later if necessary to accommodate an actor’s schedule for autographing and photo ops. The hour-by-hour schedule is posted late in the afternoon (California time) on the Wednesday before the convention.
All guests and scheduling are tentative and subject to change.
ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
We are not responsible for orders that are rejected during processing that may be due to customer errors (usually caused because the customer does not complete the entire ordering process to the very end), credit card failures (usually caused when there are not enough funds in an account or the credit card company rejects the charge for any number of reasons including out-of-state ordering or unfamiliar ordering to the customers’ general pattern), or system errors during transmission of the order.
Creation assumes no responsibility for typographical errors or inaccurate information provided by convention venues. All dates, venues and guests are considered tentative and subject to change. Check back frequently for updates.

Creation Entertainment is dedicated to providing a safe and harassment-free experience for

We do not tolerate harassment of any kind from anyone. Patrons violating these rules may be expelled from the convention (without a refund) at Creation's discretion and hotel security may well be called in to facilitate this response. If you have any issues with anyone, please ask to speak to Adam, Gary or Stephanie immediately. One or more of them is available at each of our conventions and they can be reached through registration or by the convention MC/host. Issues of this importance should not be handled by our volunteers, as great as they are.
By attending Creation events you agree to allow your image to be used on our website and in news documentaries or stories, either filmed by Creation Entertainment or other entities.
All ticket prices are subject to change, please order as early as possible.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation of the convention, or a date change, Creation Entertainment is not responsible for refunding airfare or any other costs other than the payments made directly to Creation Entertainment for ticketing. Also in the unlikely event, due to weather, transit issues or last-minute illness or other reason given by celebrity, an advertised guest does not make their appearance at the convention, Creation Entertainment is not responsible for any refunds other than separate tickets specific to the guest autograph tickets or photo op tickets. In the extremely rare chance that a guest does not finish his or her autographs or photo ops (which has only happened in a handful of cases over 40-plus years, always due to something out of our control) Creation Entertainment will only be responsible for the refund of the separate autograph or photo op ticket.
In the extremely rare case (which has never happened before) that our computer systems accept more tickets than we have allotted for, we would refund ticket money to the last several people (in order) who did manage to get a confirmation or ticket. As we've said it has never happened, but we want to have a fair scenario in place it if does occur.
Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions.
