Here’s some banter between Jared and Jensen at a recent convention in Nashville.
We are so happy to be returning to the Seattle area with the stars of the longest running genre show in American TV history: SUPERNATURAL. It has truly been the ride of our 47 year career: the amazing Official Creation Entertainment Supernatural Convention Tours have been a highlight, and it has been a joy to work with such a talented and fan friendly cast whose main concern from the start has been to provide attendees with the very best live entertainment possible. With their help, support and suggestions, we’ve all been able, with your outrageous support, to raise the bar on fan conventions forever.
Our gratitude to the stars of the series, as it all starts with them, and we truly cherish our partnership with Jensen, Jared and Misha as we’ve always mutually strived to provide memories for all, laughs, some tears, and the creation of a safe, fun environment for all. Our continued thanks as well to the folks at WB Licensing who have continually understood our goals and been there to help. The loving and embracing of the SPN family has been an inspiration to all who are part of it, and we’re proud that the conventions are part of the fun, charity, and good deeds that have brought so many together.

What more can we say about television’s hottest cast except that they are as nice in person backstage as they are to their legions of fans worldwide. We truly know how lucky we are to have Jensen, Jared and Misha in our corner: they are the best: incredible actors, charitable and kind men, and inspirational in so many ways!
We love having the honor or presenting Jensen to this legions of fans, a truly great actor that can sing wth the best of them, Jensen is ultra-caring about his fans, his character and his series.
A sensational superstar who has been fabulous to work with in over 70 tour dates, Jared is someone we admire so much for not only his acting chops but his fantastic charity endeavors.
We really admire Misha both for his acting talents, but possibly more so for the way he has used his fame to help others. If you have never seen him on stage, we promise a performance that will leave you laughing, thinking and talking about!
Mult-talented Rob acts as comedy sidekick to our host Richard Speight, Jr. all three days and they have an incredibly fun relationship with their stage personas, and of course Rob is an incredible singer/songwriter who has anchored our Saturday Night Special Concerts for some years now with his band Louden Swain.

In general, questions for our celebrities are taken from the audience at microphones in the front of the audience area. Yelling of questions from the audience is disruptive and rude to everyone present and may result in being asked to leave the theatre and convention. We ask that everyone respect their fellow attendees.

Unlike so many other genre conventions, Creation Entertainment has a strict company policy not to "oversell" our conventions. In other words, every patron, no matter what bracket of ticket they purchase, will have a seat in the main auditorium where the major guests appear and events take place.

Who better to welcome you to the convention than the always party-ready RICHARD SPEIGHT JR.? What can we say about a gentleman we are deeply indebted to for pumping up the entertainment level at our conventions? Richard's work on stage as MC is exceptionally entertaining and his quick wit manages to bring out the very best of our guests without overshadowing them. Our definition of a "perfect host" and Richard makes this tough job truly look easy. Aided by his sidekick ROB BENEDICT, these two have a banter that you will really love!
Richard, of course, has had a long career outside of Supernatural including work on Yes, Dear, Jag, Jericho, Justified, Band of Brothers and The Appomattox, amongst others. Naturally Richard will be with us all three days of the convention, and of course we’re very proud of the fact that he has now become a director of SUPERNATURAL.

There has never been a fandom party quite as unique and as much fun as Richard Speight Jr. and Matt Cohen’s The Karaoke Kings Party featuring Rob Benedict!
Dressing up is not mandatory, just for fun, so you can come as you are. Chairs are removed from the front of the theatre for those that wish to stand close to the action but there are seats in the rear for those that just want to chill and watch. Our DJ is available on Friday (see schedule of events when available for time) to meet fans that want to sing and help them with their song selections. While this is not a guarantee you will be selected, it is the only way to get in the running!
Our KARAOKE KINGS are large and in charge of our famous Free Karaoke Parties and are joined by special celebrity guest backup singers, usually, but not always, our Friday guests. We really never know who Richard and Matt will bring to the party! Fun for all fellow fans: that is our mission!

THE "SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL" CONCERT TICKET IS NOT A DAYTIME CONVENTION TICKET. IT IS A TICKET TO THE "SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL" CONCERT ONLY. You do not need a daytime convention ticket in order to attend this nighttime show. Just the nighttime show ticket.

THE SUPERNATURAL FAN MUSIC VIDEO CONTEST
Everyone loves catching the fan-produced music videos we proudly run throughout the convention. It is always fun to share some hot music coupled with fave scenes from Supernatural; we must say how very talented the "fan" editors have become over the year. If you are a talented video editor now is your chance to show off your creativity and vie for prizes at Creation Entertainment's Supernatural Official Convention Tour 2018.
Rules: one music video about SUPERNATURAL may be submitted on DVD only (please no computer-based media like CD accepted). PLEASE USE ONLY NTSC FORMAT FOR YOUR DVD. Entries are judged on the following criteria: video quality, audio quality, editing quality, inventiveness, song selection and originality. Humorous submissions are encouraged. Entries cannot be returned, and person submitting entry is granting Creation the right to play this entry in perpetuity at Creation events worldwide and/or online at the Creation website(s). Creation does not sell music videos so your entry will never be sold as a commercial product, just presented at our events/online.
Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate good for Creation merchandise (Creation merchandise only, excludes convention, autograph and photo op tickets). Winners will be announced and certificates awarded on site. Please tell us which specific convention the music video is for and send in your video using order confirmation or signature required in order to know if it has arrived. Note: Due to the high volume of entries for our Music Video Contests, we are forced to limit entries to those people actually attending the specific show they are entering for. You do not have to be present for the actual showing of your video, but you must claim your award on site before the end of the weekend or your award will be forfeited. Because of this fact, we didn't want anyone to come expecting a huge dealers room; even if these two photos are crowded, it really doesn’t get so very often so there is plenty of time set aside to more casually browse.

LOUDEN SWAIN have become a mainstay attraction on stage throughout the days, and we can't imagine a convention being as much fun for all (including the celebrity guests) without them.
They have added an incredible amount to the Creation Entertainment Official SUPERNATURAL Convention Tour: it has helped take these fan gatherings boldly into a place that makes these affairs into a new fan convention territory: three days of non-stop live musical, comedy, and improv entertainment!
We love helping Misha and Cinde with their amazing charity which we’ve supported from the start. What generous and fine folks they are and we just LOVE the above photo illustrating how generous fandom has been at our conventions.

2) Complimentary in-person autographs with great guests including JENSEN ACKLES, JARED PADALECKI, MISHA COLLINS, MARK PELLEGRINO, RICHARD SPEIGHT, JR., MATT COHEN, AND MANY MORE TO COME. The value of these autographs, if bought separately, and when this list is completed, will be well approximately $600, so you can see what a great deal the Gold Package is! it is also cool to see your autographs done in person so you know they are legit, with so many bogus autographs out there by unknown on-line sellers.
3) First to get autographs: we go row by row: you are in the front rows: you get the idea! THAT'S RIGHT: you get to our guests earlier than our other attendees: after all "going gold" does have its benefits! This applies to guests mentioned in benefit #2; once in awhile guests listed in benefit #2 will sit in the vendors room and sign Gold folks first come, first serve, but that is a very rare thing to happen.

5) Preregistration: we get you set for the convention before other patrons and give you first crack at the exclusive merchandise! Preregistration generally takes place on the night before the convention starts and we also do some prereg on the first morning of the convention. Preregistration is not a necessity, it is a convenience. You can register any time you like that registration is open. You get your credentials, schedules, access to the vendors area, and first crack at any still available autograph and/or photo op tickets.
6) Wristband access: we have special color-coded wristbands and collectible credentials for GOLD Package Holders: once you get set you don't need to wait again!
7) Complimentary Admission to our EXCLUSIVE TO GOLD SUNDAY SPECIAL SUPERSTAR PANEL (30 minutes) starring JENSEN ACKLES AND JARED PADALECKI. As we get close to the convention, we auction off special VIP experiences including exclusive backstage access and meet and greets for limited numbers of fans with our guest stars.
AN ONLINE AUCTION FOR VIP EXPERIENCES AND SPECIAL PRIVATE MEET AND GREETS for select members of the audience(usually 10 to 20 lucky fans for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes) will go up for bidding as we get closer to the convention.

IN PERSON CELEBRITY AUTOGRAPHS
Autograph and Photo Op tickets do not include admission to the convention. You must have an admission ticket for the convention in order to redeem autograph and photo op tickets. Photography is not allowed during the autograph sessions.
Here is the incredibly rare chance to get an in-person autograph from the sensational stars of SUPERNATURAL. These stars will sign any item you bring from home or buy at the convention. There will be tons of great photographs and other collectibles available at the convention that will be suitable for signing purposes. If you have autographs included in the ticket packages you have purchased and you want more than one autograph per celebrity you can purchase them here and then get all your signatures from that celebrity at the same (first) time you are called up.
We are asking that our audience does not delay photo ops or autographs by telling our stars personal stories of how the series has helped them during these sessions. We are well aware of the importance of this issue and the great work the series' stars have done in this area but we feel it is not in the best interests of the conventions to overburden our celebrities with so many difficult and heart-wrenching stories focused at an event that is meant to be fun for them and the audience. We are asking as some of the celebrities have, that your personal stories be posted to their Facebook pages where they can read them in moderation and at a time when they are not dealing with long lines of other folks. Thank you for your consideration in these matters, which also includes not taking time at our question line for personal stories and relate your questions to the series and the stars on stage. THANKS!
Note: Due to scheduling Jensen and Jared are not signing separate autographs beyond those including in Gold and Silver Packages. On occasion they have items given to us on Sunday morning by fans and then we return them as they sign them during their lunch break. These have the added bonus of being personalized, but we can not guarantee this for any convention as it depends of their departure times and we don’t know that until the last week pretty much.

Note: Patrons must bring an item for celebrities to sign. You can bring something from home or purchase a photo or other collectible in the vendors room. Please feel free to purchase as many autograph tickets of a particular celebrity as you'd like.
Note: Guests usually appear ONE day of the convention, so therefore their autographing and/or photo ops take place that day, except occasions which will be noted in the text. If you are not attending all days of the convention it is wise to wait until specific days of appearance are announced before purchasing autographs or photo ops. You must have an admission ticket to the convention to get autographs or photo ops.
Photo Op tickets do not include admission to the convention and are NEVER INCLUDED IN ANY TICKET PACAKGES. You must have an admission ticket for the convention to enter into the photo op areas. Due to security considerations and guest concerns we cannot facilitate the giving of gifts to guests at the photo op sessions. YOUR ONE PHOTO OP TICKET CAN INCLUDE UP TO TWO FANS. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE UP TO FOUR FANS IN A PHOTO, HOWEVER TO DO THAT YOU WOULD NEED TO PURCHASE TWO TICKETS (TWO FANS TIMES TWO TICKETS = FOUR FANS). Because of logistics and timing and at the request of our guests and photographers we cannot accommodate over FOUR fans in any one photo op.
If you’d like a pose, you can tell it to the guests, but please make sure you have your pose ready to go. Bring a picture that shows the pose if you think you may have a hard time explaining it. If you have props, please make sure they are easily held and ready to go.
Due to time constraints, here are some of the things we cannot allow: putting on clothing, blankets, ties etc…, floor poses, handcuffs, rose petals, confetti or anything that creates a mess that requires clean up. Please do not asked to be picked up in the photo. We obviously do not want anyone to get hurt.
Please know, that if you want a hug, go for a “hug shot”. Please do not ask for a hug before or after the photo is taken as it takes up someone else’s photo op time.
Your photo will be taken by Creation's all knowing and super-powerful official staff photographers. They take the best pictures, make the stars comfortable & willing to pose more freely with fans, and generally are beloved by all. WE FINALIZE PREREGISTRATION AND OTHER SCHEDULING WHEN WE GET CLOSER TO THE EVENT AND KNOW BOTH THE GUESTS ITINERARIES AND THE HOTEL’S OTHER BOOKINGS. Regarding the issue of alcoholic beverages at the convention: we do not allow alcohol to be present in our function rooms including the main theatre. This includes daily panel events and any night events. We kindly ask, for the evening event(s), you do not bring bags unless necessary. Water stations will be available in the room and, for those that have special medical needs, you can discreetly discuss those with security before entering and we will do bag checks. We regret that we've had to take this measure, but we must protect our audience and celebrities and we’ve been advised that this is a necessity. We retain the right not to allow entrance into any of the events to anyone who shows up appearing intoxicated.
ADA Rules on service animals: This event welcomes service animals as per The ADA rules. Service animals perform valuable work or tasks and are trained to provide help directly related to a person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted at our event.
For those attending our conventions and making travel plans: please know that the majority of guests that appear on stage do so usually in the later part of the day (although that is sometimes different for actors working on a current series). Sometimes autographing runs into the evening or later when guests appear late in the day. Because we have to wait for guests to give us their flight information we cannot tell you in advance when these autograph sessions will occur until the convention schedule is posted at this website a few days before the event. For those out of towners that want to guarantee autographs of stars appearing on Sunday we do suggest staying over or planning a later leaving time.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL! We do suggest buying tickets only from the original source: through this website. Because all tickets are scanned for use at the convention we can ONLY allow the first person in using each singular ticket. Autograph and photo op tickets are also scanned for one time use. WE’VE NOTICED A PICKUP IN BOGUS TICKETS and well-meaning fans being ripped off by those that have just resold copied tickets.
Flashes occur from phone and cameras often during stage presentations. If you are sensitive to such lighting please be advised to take the necessary precautions. For our attendees please keep flash photography to a minimum and try to learn how to get the best pictures in different lighting situations. Generally flash is not the best way to take photos at the convention. We will attempt to have a more detailed note page of getting the best pictures at conventions available soon.
ALL GUESTS are contracted to appear and all convention contracts specify that appearances are tentative and subject to change as film and television work demands take precedence as can a personal conflict. Our events will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not (we always try to book replacements) and therefore we can not issue admission ticket or ticket package refunds if a particular guest does not fulfill their appearance contract. Of course we will always refund separately purchased photo ops and autograph tickets for a guest if they cancel.
PHOTO TAKING POLICY AT THIS CONVENTION We know that taking photos makes the convention even more fun and we thought it would be a good idea to share our photo taking policies for you before you arrive at the convention so you can prepare. In the auditorium, photo taking is encouraged, but only from your seat. It is unfair to run up to the stage and block the view of others who have paid for reserved seats in front of you. Even if there are empty seats, patrons must sit in the seats they paid for to be fair to everyone. Due to fire marshall regulations everyone must be seated during performances. Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo ops. Only those people who have autograph tickets may come up to get autographs.
The vast majority of our guest celebrities take questions from the audience during their on-stage time. Therefore it is incumbent upon those that ask questions to make them ones that allow our mutual shared time with the celebrities to be enjoyable, interesting and entertaining for all (including the guest). Asking for hugs, telling stars we love them (we all do, that's why we're here), giving gifts, getting into long personal stories, or worse, is not acceptable for this format and, in fact, is quite self-centered when you are in essence "representing" all of fandom to a celebrity. Join us in trying to make this convention the best entertainment for everyone!
In the event of convention cancellations or date changes Creation Entertainment is not responsible for patrons' costs involving travel or hotel accommodations or any other non convention ticket expenses.
Advance ticket sales are generally turned off early to mid-week of the week of the events. Tickets, if they are not sold out, are sold at the convention of course.
We are not responsible for orders that are rejected during processing that may be due to customer errors (usually caused because the customer does not complete the entire ordering process to the very end), credit card failures (usually caused when there is not enough funds in an account or the credit card company rejects the charge for any number of reasons including out of state ordering or unfamiliar ordering to the customers’ general pattern), or system errors during transmission of the order.
Creation assumes no responsibility for typographical errors or inaccurate information provided by convention venues. All dates, venues and guests are considered tentative and subject to change. Check back frequently for updates.
NOTE: ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. ABSOLUTELY NO AUDIO OR VIDEOTAPING ALLOWED AT ANY CONVENTION. Still photography is for personal use only - public dissemination and commercial use strictly prohibited.
By attending Creation events you agree to allow your image to be used on our website and in news documentaries or stories, either filmed by Creation Entertainment or other entities.
All ticket prices are subject to change, please order as early as possible.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation of the convention, or a date change, Creation Entertainment is not responsible for refunding airfare or any other costs other than the payments made directly to Creation Entertainment for ticketing. Also in the unlikely event, due to weather, transit issues or last minute illness or other reason given by celebrity, an advertised guest does not make their appearance at the convention, Creation Entertainment is not responsible for any refunds other than separate specific to the guest autograph tickets or photo op tickets. In the extremely rare chance that a guest does not finish his or her autographs or photo ops (which has only happened in a hand full of cases over 40 plus years, always due to something out of our control) Creation Entertainment will only be responsible for the refund of the separate autograph or photo op ticket.
