I just want to thank you again for my photo op "sandwich" pic with Jared and Jensen in LA in March! You are always so nice and this pic is just beautiful! I will treasure all of my pics that you have taken at the Supernatural cons - I was the one asking for the "gauze" lens. LOL!! Really, you have the patience of a saint and it is amazing how you can take hundreds and hundreds of pictures so wonderfully and effortlessly. I can't thank you enough for this treasure!

I just wanted to send out a very special thanks to everyone involved with this past weekend’s Supernatural Convention in LA (including all the workers, volunteers, security guards, actors and musicians and even the fans themselves).
I know you will get lots of thanks (and hopefully no criticisms) from the attendees but this weekend really meant a lot to me and every single one of you made it really worthwhile. Everyone was really nice, helpful and fun to be around when frankly that is exactly what I needed. This event was my first foray into the convention life and really it was my first venture outside of my normal life in about 3 or 4 years and my normal life hasn’t been very pleasant.
Everyone was so nice and so much fun and made me laugh out loud practically the whole time and I had really lost that laugh these past few years. I met the great fans (some of whom I am now keeping in touch with) who were so welcoming to someone so new to all of this; met all the great people who worked the convention and they were just as friendly and fun to talk to as anybody I’d ever met (especially considering some of them were going on as little sleep as I was) and all the guests we were there to see were amazing. I mean every single one of them was fun to see in concert, or talk to or hear them talk. I mean they were laugh out loud funny most of the times, I mean some of them really made me go and get a photo op/autograph with them just because they were so personable on stage.
Everybody at Creation and at the convention really made this a great experience for me and it was something that I really needed and I look forward to going to another one. So thanks everybody, you’ll always have a special place in my heart for giving me a weekend that I desperately needed to help me find my laugh back.

I am writing to thank you and all of your wonderful hardworking staff for a glorious Supernatural convention in Los Angeles!! My first con ever was your Supernatural con in Chicago last year and the whole experience was incredible - then and now. I got to experience what a big convention feels like and what a smaller one feels like. I have to say that the organized way you handled all of us fans made each con, big or small just magical.
All the guests were sweethearts! All of them! Chad Lindberg was sweet and charming and so was Fredric Lane and both have seen ghosts so at the dessert party we talked to them about what they saw. Amazing stories!!
What a very special treat it was to listen to and meet Eric Kripke, himself! He is so passionate about his show and it is the passion of everyone related to that show that makes it so very special.
Jason Manns and Steve Carlson's concerts were such a treat as they are extremely talented singer-songwriters. Sandy McCoy is an absolute joy and a real breath of fresh air as she is the real deal - as genuine and sweet as can be.
Jared and Jensen are so very special. They are wonderful, gifted, gifted actors who also happen to be genuinely nice men who treat their fans like gold!!
The way you keep us fans very busy each day of the con, but in a fun way, the way you all run things so effortlessly, behind the scenes, but are always there to greet us with a smile and see if our needs/expectations are met. You at Creation really know how to entertain! :) We all come away feeling totally exhilarated and yes, ready for more!

Once again I congratulate you and your staff for pulling off another successful event. My friends and I attended the recent Salute to Supernatural in Los Angeles and had the most incredible time. The accomodations were beautiful and your planned activities certainly did not leave one much time to be bored.
We attended the Salute to Supernatural in Chicago last November and although we thoroughly enjoyed that event, this one far surpassed our expectations. As you predicted, I and every attendee I spoke with were extremely delighted by the more intimate feel of a smaller gathering, as this provided us the opportunity to have more time with the celebrities as well as to better mingle with fellow fans. While no doubt Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki were the main draw and Fred Lehne is always entertaining, I also enjoyed meeting Chad Lindberg and Sandra McCoy, and loved the concerts put on by Jason Manns and Steve Carlson and his awesome band.
For me, the highlight of the weekend was Eric Kripke's attendance. I totally consider the price of the gold package money well spent. I would also like to take this opportunity to let you know how impressed I am by Creation's commitment to customer service and find both the staff and volunteers to be friendly and responsive. I appreciate that you took the time to point out the reason this particular hotel was selected over others was due to its level of service, thus underscoring your own mission statement. I was especially impressed by the number of times throughout the weekend you encouraged feedback, whether it be positive or negative (which you wanted to know immediately) and provided your email address. Thank you again for a fantastic experience and I look forward to attending another Creation event in the near future.

I was at the Los Angeles Salute to Supernatural Creation Convention April 4 to 6, 2008.
I would just like to tell you what a wonderful convention Los Angeles was. I didn’t think anything could have topped the Chicago Supernatural Convention, but you, Gary and the rest of the Creation Team outdid yourselves at Los Angeles. The Chicago and the Los Angeles Supernatural Creation Conventions were the best conventions that I have attended and this is from someone who has now attended some ninety plus conventions over the years
I enjoyed Jared, Jensen and Eric Kripke. That was to be expected. I had heard Steve Carlson in Chicago and was looking as forward to his concert as I was to Jared, Jensen and Eric, and Steve did not disappoint me. I was one of the people dancing in the aisles at Steve Carlson’s concert, and I have never done that before.
The surprise highlight of the convention was Sandy McCoy. She was full of life and a real joy to listen to. I enjoyed her Q and A as much as Jared’s and Jensen’s Q & A. I paid for one of Sandy’s autographs and Sandy was even more fun in the autograph line. What a way to end the convention! My only regret is that Sandy’s photo ops occurred before Sandy’s Q & A, so I didn’t purchase a Photo Op with Sandy, and that would have been a lot of fun. If I have a chance to do a Photo Op with Sandy in the future, I will be sure to do so.
If you are still looking for guests for Dallas, I would really love to see Sandy McCoy again, if your budget, and her schedule permit.

I would like to both congratulate and thank Creation Entertainment on a truly amazing weekend for the Salute to Supernatural Los Angeles Convention. Having traveled all the way from Adelaide, Australia to specifically attend a Sci-Fi Convention for the first time ever, I didn’t really know what to expect. Fortunately, I can say that the entire weekend surpassed all my expectations. It was truly worth it to attend the event as a Gold Weekend Patron. The entire weekend was jammed packed with a whole list of events. There was never a dull moment!
Jason Manns’ Concert on Friday night kicked off the weekend on the right note, and got me into the spirit of the event. Saturday was a fun, fast-paced day, full of continuous entertainment with a fantastic guest list lined up. It was amazing to sit and listen to guests, such as Frederic Lane, Chad Lindberg, Jason Manns, and even more incredible was that Creation Entertainment was able to secure the genius behind Supernatural, creator Eric Kripke! I was in awe the entire time! The autograph session provided fans with the opportunity to meet and greet these talented guests. Steve Carlson’s Saturday night concert provided fans with the opportunity to let their hair down and dance the night away. Steve is an amazing performer, and when accompanied with his band mates it was truly one stellar performance. But more great things were still to come. Gold Weekend Patrons were invited to an exclusive Celebrity Dessert Party later that night, with guests such as Frederic Lane and Chad Lindberg dropping by. The catering was exquisite, and the fact that the fans were able to sit and chat with Frederic and Chad just blew me a way. I can honestly say that I’ve never experienced anything quite like it!
But the best was saved for last. Sunday was a day I’ll always remember! I will certainly cherish the memories. This wonderful day commenced with an intimate and lovely breakfast for the Gold Weekend Patrons. All fans were able to mingle over a delightful breakfast. The event featured the two superstar guests, Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki. I just sat there the entire time gob-smacked! I couldn’t believe that I was in the same proximity as these two amazing actors, and even more so that I would get to meet them on several occasions that day. The photo ops session with Jensen and Jared was an experience like no other. To see them on screen is one thing, but to meet and be able to talk to them in person is an outer body experience. I couldn’t believe I was there. It was truly worth the sixteen plus hours of torture on the plane. (It took me two days to be able to stand up straight!) The cost spent to purchase both the single photo ops, plus the duo photo op with Jensen and Jared was totally worth it! The photographer, Chris should be highly commended on his work. I will forever treasure these photos! (My friends are so jealous!) After the photo ops, it was great to be able to sit and watch Jensen and Jared on stage both by themselves and together, answering questions from fans. Jensen and Jared were hilarious! I still can’t believe that Creation Entertainment was able to secure both of them together for another event (something that other Sci-Fi Convention Organizers have failed to do) so soon after the Chicago Convention last November. The autograph session with Jensen and Jared provided yet another opportunity to come face to face with these incredible guys. I still can’t believe how many times I got to meet and talk with them that day. Even when Jensen and Jared had to leave to head back to Vancouver to continue filming Supernatural, Creation just kept the event rolling with Sandra McCoy and Steve Carlson appearing on stage. When the weekend finally ended, my head was still buzzing from all the excitement of the entire weekend. I was exhausted. I can honestly say that Creation Entertainment made my first Convention an experience that I’ll never truly forget. I can’t wait to attend more of these events. It was certainly worth the trip. The Marriott LAX Hotel was the ideal venue for this event, and the special room rate of $123 per night was great. The venue created a warm, intimate and friendly setting for fans from all other.

Thanks to yourself, Adam, Rebecca, and all the wonderful Creation Entertainment team for putting on an incredible event and for what is absolutely the most outstanding service I've seen given to fans - or any type of customer.
I don't say that lightly. I run a support team for our company's entire Messaging infrastructure - as well as a team that supports paying customers for us to host their environments. Customer service and personal touch is absolutely critical to success for us, and we have a large advantage by making the software we stick people on.
You guys are great - I will be recommending to anyone who will listen (message boards, blogs, email, whathaveya) that people are letting themselves down by not making time to attend a Creation event. And if you ever need something "officially" written commending all of you for offering such a great service, all you have to do it let me know and I will provide it.

I wasn't sure who to send this email to, so please pass it around for all to see. I want to thank everyone involved with the Supernatural Convention in Chicago for an amazing weekend! Everything ran so smoothly, and I especially appreciate that there were extra autographs and photo tickets available for those who weren't able to catch them the first time around. Now that's looking out for the fans! The photo line was amazingly fast, even getting in those with provisional tickets. Everyone that wanted a picture, got one. The vendor tables were well stocked and amazing. The two volunteers that passed out the wristbands and sold tickets (wish I could remember their names!) were very professional yet very easy to talk to. And most of all, I appreciate that Creation has the ability to sort of "go with the flow" as far as what the actors and fans seem to want, even if it means loosening the rules a little. It was my first convention and an incredible experience, and I'm definitely planning a return in 2008! And if you guys could get Steve Carlson back that would be terrific. He made a new fan during his performance that Saturday night!

To ALL of you wonderful people at Creation Entertainment: you are all incredible and incredibly hard working people. I know that Creation has been in business for over thirty years and I can see why. The organization of this con, (my first con ever) was perfect. The way you handle crowds and keep us excited fans in line, and in lines :) is amazing!
Supernatural is really the only show I watch now. I am not into reality shows, etc. Samantha Ferris and Frederic Lehne on Saturday are two very important characters to the show and the storyline. They also turned out to be two very nice human beings and for them to sit at our tables at the dessert party was surreal to say the least.
Mark Lutz was hilarious and Nicholas Brendan was entertaining.
Steve Carlson was amazing and the way he could play the guitar!!
My friends and I stayed up all night Saturday night camped out in front of the banquet room for the breakfast with Jared and Jensen. We had happened to pick a great table the night before for the dessert party that was real close to the platform where Jared and Jensen stood on Sunday. We wanted that table again and we got it. It was so worth the wait! I don't think I have done an "all-nighter" since High School! LoL!
Jared and Jensen were so very nice, so very funny and being able to see them at the breakfast, then the photo ops, then the Q&A and then one last time for their autographs was magical - an experience that I will treasure forever.
I loved every minute of this convention and would I want to do another Creation con for Supernatural? Yes - in a heartbeat!

Myself and a friend flew all the way from London to attend , my only con experience before this had been the Supernatural con 'Asylum' here in England in May. I have to say this was so much smoother, more organised and a far more incredible experience.
All your staff were so patient , funny and polite and more than willing to take time out to help lost Brits, the seating arrangements were perfect and the queuing system meant there were no queues!! I came such a long way with the hopes of having a great weekend but you and your team delivered more than i ever could have hoped. Thank you all so so much from the bottom of my Supernaturally obsessed heart!!!!

Last weekend, I attended your Chicago "Salute to Supernatural, Smallville & Buffy & Angel", my firstever fan convention, and I really enjoyed myself. I was impressed at how smoothly everything seemed to run -- especially on Sunday (which seemed to be the busiest day of the event). You really seem to have these kind of events down to science. The only suggestion that I have to improve the event for next year is to have separate lines for questions for Jensen and Jared during the Q&A sessions. This way, Jensen and Jared could answer questions only intended for them -- particularly when they swap turns on stage. Just a minor thought. I also loved all of the cool merchandise and banners created for the convention. Thanks again for a great convention experience!

It was a long weekend, we were all so tired (guests and fans alike) - I know I was jetlagged and could hardly stay on my feet, as I came from Ireland with my friend. You did such a good job getting things done, staying calm and, from what we could see, staying in good spirits! You were warm and friendly, which put us at ease, even though we were terrified at meeting all the guests! I'm sitting here in the hotel room on our last night here thinking back over the entire weekend, and the excitement still hasn't worn off! I just wanted to drop you an e-mail to say that this weekend was just INCREDIBLE! It was one of, if not the, most well organized and planned out conventions I have ever been to! It was my first convention with Creation, but it definitely won't be the last.
Thank you for all of your hard work along with the staff and volunteers to make this convention so great for all of the fans and getting both Jared and Jensen here! It was a weekend I'll never forget and I look forward to next year!

I just wanted to say thank you! You did an amazing job with the photo ops. I usually don't like getting my picture taken, but took the plunge this weekend because how often do you get that kind of opportunity. I am extremely happy with the way my pictures turned out and that I was able to get them right away (sort of :)). I also heard how helpful you were with my friend Matt who somehow missed his picture with Jensen. It was really nice that you stuck around past the time your originally planned to try and help sort the mishap out. If I attend any other Creation conventions I hope you are the photographer because you do an awesome job!

You and your team should be proud of yourselves for pulling off an excellent event. (Meaning, the Chicago Supernatural Salute.) I'm still suffering from lack of sleep -- as I suspect you are -- but I had an excellent time and wanted to offer my kudos. First of all, all your staffers were delightful. Friendly, helpful, organized. Chris (the photographer) in particular I'd like to adopt. Chris's work was awesome. Well worth the price. I also commend you for keeping the schedule on-track when it easily could have...well, not been. The only "I wish that hadn't happened" I can mention is Saturday night. Having the dessert party run so late, and then having to get up so early Sunday morning -- that was painful. The hotel was beautiful, well laid-out for con purposes, and their food was fantastic. Excellent choice! Kudos to all of you for pulling off a great event. I enjoyed it tremendously!

I was fortunate enough to attend the recent Supernatural convention in Chicago this weekend as a gold pass holder, and want to thank you and your staff for a most fantastic experience. I can imagine the superhuman effort involved in coordinating this event and all your hard work showed! I was very impressed by how organized everything was, and although the Samantha Ferris/Fredric Lehne/ Nicholas Brendon autographs event ran a bit over time, the entire weekend ran very smoothly!
My friend and I were especially impressed by the timeliness of the Jensen Ackles/Jared Padalecki photo ops session, as the lines were enormous but you folks managed to get everything completed as scheduled, a feat that I am certain the actors were most appreciative of. Also, the awards presentation to/from the Lt. Colonel (?...I'm sorry, I've forgotten his name/title) was a rare treat to witness. And I needn't add how much we all ENJOYED having both Jensen and Jared at the Sunday morning breakfast - thank you!!!
My friend and I continued to marvel at how well this weekend went, as well as how thoroughly we enjoyed being there. Although we haven't booked attendance for next year's Chicago event yet, we certainly do hope that we will be able to attend, and as gold ticket holders.

On behalf of Fandom Rocks, I want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to have a presence in Chicago this weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere at the event, and everything went as smoothly as can be expected for a first-time attendee.

I was at the Farscape 2007 convention in November for the first time and it was amazing. I was very happy to discover that there was going to be another convention next year. I know it's far too early to say for sure but is Claudia Black going to be on the guest list for next years convention? She's a brilliant and versatile actress and it would be really great if she was a guest next year. Finally I just want to say that you put on a brilliant convention and I look forward to seeing what wonderful tricks you have up your sleeves for next year.

Hello! Thank you for another great Farscape convention! This year was my second time attending, and I had just as much fun this year as I did last year! I am so glad you are having another in 2008 - I am definitely planning to attend!
I read on the 2008 Farscape convention site that you are asking for guest requests - I'd love to see everybody again who was there this year - plus Francesca Buller (please!?!) and Claudia Black (please!?!). I would also love to see Virginia Hey, David Kemper, Andrew Prowse, Ricky Manning. And last but not least, if there is any way possible - a visit by Brian Hensen!
Ben Browder's performance is one of the biggest highlights of the weekend - would it be possible for you to sell a DVD of his performance again this year like you did last year?
Just one bit of feedback for next year - would it be possible to schedule more time for Ben onstage, or schedule fewer things after him so he can run long if he wants to (he seems to want to! ;-)) without putting the rest of your schedule out of whack? I would love to see his time on stage extended if you can, and perhaps move one of the other Sunday guests onto another day so Sunday isn't so full. It's an exciting day, but it was a bit overwhelming to try and attend all of the events on Sunday.

I had such a great time at the Farscape Convention this year, and I just wanted to thank you all so much for being in this business, which enables us to see and interact with the people who've changed our lives for the better. Of course, it was also such a pleasure to reunite with old friends and to meet new ones. I am so looking forward to 2008's second Final Frelling Farewell (may there be many more!)
If I have one quibble it's with the number of music videos that were shown this year. Watching the fan videos, both as "fillers" and as introductions for the honored guests, is one of the singular pleasures of attending this convention, and i do hope that next year you guys decide to show a few more. Not every Farscape video is a work of genius, y'know. But most of 'em are way fun to watch.
Thank you all also for showing my video "the end of the world". This was such a great thrill - to watch something I made displayed on a big screen in front of like-minded people. I'm happy for the gift certificate, but it's not the reason I enter the vid contest. I vid for the sheer love of Farscape, and would enter the contest for the recognition alone.

I have just returned from the 2007Conventon - and my first visit to the US. I have to tell you what an outstanding time my husband and I have had. This is the first convention we have attended and didnt know what to expect but the whole thing was a blast, Your staff were very professional and helpful - even when i lost my breakfast ticket and was nearly in tears, but all ended well. We will definitely be signing up for next year and cant wait.
I started vidding this year and sent one of my first music videos in but never thought it had a chance. It was shown before Ben came on stage. Thank you so much - this just topped off the whole thing for me. What a fab experience. thank you, thank you, thank you!

I did attend the Farscape convention, and thank you very much for a wonderful event! It was my first convention, and finances willing, not my last. Really an excellent experience. I was sorry to have missed out on the 2006 con, which sounded like a truly special party with Signal Room playing. I also really enjoyed the fan panels - the Scapecast, fanfic panel and vidders panel, as well as the costume and talent contests.

I just wanted to tell you that I had a great time at the Farscape Con over the weekend. Each year I think this will be my last, and then I have a fantastic time, and decide to come back again. So thank you for all your hard work in making this con so enjoyable.
I also wanted to say that the volunteers are just amazing. They’re polite and work extremely hard, yet they have fun with us too. So it never feels like we’re little kids being corralled by the grownups. It’s like they’re fans too, and they’re just trying to keep things orderly. Which they really do.
As usual, the guests were all great. Ben was amazing as always. I’m sure you know he’s the big draw, and he doesn’t disappoint. He must leave exhausted every year. And the cabaret was great this year. It was kind of, well, lame last year, to be honest. So I almost didn’t buy a ticket. But this year everyone came prepared and they really put on a great show. My favorite was Anthony’s completely improv-ed totally ridiculous song that was just hilarious.
My only small complaint is that there was never any food in the convention center, so we ended up having to get carryout from The Grille, which is a pain in the neck. The hotel, in general, seemed fussier than The Hilton, though that room they gave us ended up being really nice.
Anyway, thanks again for a great con. I hope a lot of people come next year so you don’t end up regretting having a 2nd final con!

I attended the Farscape Farewell convention last weekend. I would like to thank CreationEnt for an absolutely wonderful time. I met amazing people and was able to meet some of the stars. Thank you for a truly wonderful weekend. I will be attending next year in California and hope that Claudia Black can be apart of it.

Didn't I hear you say you hoped to have Fran next year? Yes!!! Please!!! We missed her terribly last year and this year. Thank you! I had a great time at the con this year, too. I bought gold tickets for next year. Haven't done that the last couple of years. I loved all the great shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, mugs, hats........I bought one of everything! They were beautifully done. I love the embroidery on things. Ya'll did a great job. Gary was so funny with the auction. I loved it, although I didn't manage to come home with anything from the auction this time, it was still fun.

Hello and thank you for a wonderful frelling convention. As a convention newbie, i was impressed with how everything ran. The merchandise was wonderful. (Andy's shirt was fantastic!) The cast was gracious and entertaining. Their talent is amazing. You asked us to send you our '08 gust request. Francesca Buller, Claudia Black, Andrew Prowse and Kent McCord would be on that request list. Of course Ben is at the top of the list, I was so struck by him. I have already reserved my gold seat and will see you next year! Thank you for a great convention.

Thank you so much for another great convention. You did a fantastic job and the evidence that you really make the effort to please diverse personalities was always in view. It's not an easy job. Brilliant program, the cast always gracious and kind. (Please continue to invite David Franklin...he's like our mascot!) The clothes continued to be fantastic (LOVE the classic Farscape logo)! Hello to you wonderful folks at Creation, and Thank You for such a memorable convention! This was my first convention as i'm new to Farscape, and after attending this convention, I immediately reserved my gold seat for next year.
Since i'm so late coming to Farscape, being able to attend this convention was wonderful and I look forward to meeting as many of the cast as humanly possible so t the convention you guys said to e-mail our '08 guest requests, and I'd dearly love to see as many as the following as can be invited (just in case '08 will be the last year, which would be sad).

lt has been great to put faces to names when we have had the pleasure of meeting some of you at the Las Vegas Star Trek Conventions where we have always received a speedy response to any problems - including the time my neighbour managed to lose one of her autographed photos amongst the hundreds of menus in the Hilton Paradise Cafe!
