Participation by vendors at Creation promoted conventions is strictly up to the sole discretion of Creation Entertainment. Unlike most other fan conventions, and certainly the vast “comic cons” Creation Conventions are meant to be smaller, feature more live entertainment and audience/celebrity interaction. They are invariably licensed by the studios that own the series that we honor and that requires that all merchandise sold be completed vetted by us, the convention licensee for these properties.
FOR VENDORS THAT WISH TO ATTEND SUPERNATURAL, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES/THE ORIGINALS, ONCE UPON A TIME, and/or STARGATE CONVENTIONS:
As a potential vendor that means the following rules must be followed to attend our SUPERNATURAL, VAMPIRE DIARIES, ONCE UPON A TIME and/or STARGATE EVENTS. You are always allowed to sell product that might appeal to the audience that attends these conventions. It can be fantasy and genre art, jewelry, posters, novelties and items from other genre series with a few notable exceptions. At the Vampire Diaries Conventions we ca not allow the sale or promotion of non The Vampire Diaries or Originals merchandise.
Vendors may never sell PHOTOGRAPHS or SIGNABLE POSTERS or art of the actors or the actors appearing in character at the convention. Creation has a license for these items and can not have unlicensed or unauthorized images sold. Unfortunately this also includes ALL fan art representations of the characters, whether one original or prints made of such. On occasion we do allow pre-autographed items of characters/actors, please write to email@example.com for permission to sell these items. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE THE SALE UNLICENSED CRAFT TYPE ITEMS which would include studio owned logos, names, images, or sayings. Please do not bring these types of things, including t-shirts, posters, bags, etc. as your table will be closed with no refunds being offered. Do not come if you plan on selling these types of items., any discussion of what is permissible will be decided by Creation Entertainment. If you wish to check you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the convention. Do not buy a table if your item is questionable.
The Supernatural Car may not be displayed on the hotel property in terms of money making ventures.
OUR VENUES DO NOT ALLOW THE SALE OF ANY TYPES OF EDIBLE ITEMS
Creation also holds the licenses for general souvenir merchandise for much of Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, Once Upon A Time and Stargate. This would be photographs, apparel, hats, glassware, the amulet from Supernatural, etc. We also try to carry third person merchandise when we can. We are not looking for competition at the conventions because the vendors rooms are small. If this is your product line you will do far better at comic con situations and avoid the direct competition. If you have a STUDIO LICENSED item from Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, Once Upon A Time, or The Originals please contact us via email@example.com for approval to sell such item(s). Anyone selling an item that we deem to be competitive to us that has not written to the email address given will be asked to eliminate that item from sale, even if it is the majority of their booth.
Exhibit tables (generally 2 1/2 by 6 feet, including two chairs) are available at most Creation events.
Tables must be ordered by Wednesday prior to the event. At certain conventions (generally at convention centers) electricity is extra and you will be required to pay the facility their fee at the convention. Wall table locations are given if requested, on a when paid basis. In certain cases wall locations are limited and we can not assure any specific location for our vendors. Best locations are assigned on a when paid basis as well.
VAMPIRE DIARIES, STARGATE - TABLE PRICES ARE $300 EACH
SUPERNATURAL CONVENTIONS - $400 EACH (expect Vancouver, $575, and Las Vegas, $500)
ONCE UPON A TIME CONVENTIONS - $350 EACH
(for the entire weekend) and include two general admissions to the convention vendors room. Because our shows have been selling out the vendors passes no longer can guarantee access into the theatre.
Set-Up times are available at the top of each convention website the last few weeks prior to the convention. Additionally vendors must have the appropriate government licenses (usually sales tax resale numbers that you can get on a temporary basis if you don't have one).
AT SUPERNATURAL CONVENTIONS VENDORS CAN NOT SELL THE "AMULET" AS FEATURED IN THE PROGRAM. DO NOT BRING ANY AS THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN. THANKS!
ALL 50 YEAR MISSION 2016 CONVENTIONS (NOTE THIS DOES NOT REFER TO THE OFFICIAL STAR TREK CONVENTION LAS VEGAS, but our tour through many other cities starring Bill Shatner and others) are priced at $350 a table. They are 2 /2 by 6 feet and generally include two chairs and a table cloth. Because these conventions are likely to sell out your vendors admission does not allow attendance in the theatre unless it is available.
Set-Up times are available at the top of each convention website the last week prior to the convention with the complete convention schedule if not sooner. Generally set up is done on the day prior to the convention beginning later in the day but leaving enough time for pre-registration. This is a general statement and may not apply to each convention depending on availability of the facility the day before.
You may request wall space but there is no guarantee. Wall space is given on a when paid basis so the earlier you purchase the better your location. Vendors are not allowed to sell un-autographed photographs of any STAR TREK character, NOR ANY UNLICENSED MERCHANDISE THAT INFRINGES UPON THE STUDIO’S RIGHTS FOR STAR TREK AT THESE EVENTS. DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONABLE MERCHANDISE.
ONCE UPON A TIME CONVENTION: We are thrilled to add a new series of fan convention events to our roster of shows. Our OUAT conventions are licensed by the studio and require that all vendors do not infringe upon the characters, sayings, logos or images owned by ABC. This includes photos and artwork of the characters unless done in parody form. Items of interest to this audience are of course allowed as well as licensed OUAT products. You may order your tables (2 1/2 by 6) now but if you break the above rules you will be asked to leave and your money will not be refunded, so if you have any questions prior please write to firstname.lastname@example.org. TABLES ARE $350 EACH FOR THE FULL CONVENTION.

It is not acceptable, due to studio rules, to sell prints of your artwork of the characters that are owned by the series studios. Also, our venues to do NOT allow the sale of food products as they consider them competitive.
Creation only allows the sale of licensed merchandise (including videotapes) at its events. Exhibitors are responsible for the legality of the items they sell, as well as government and/or tax licenses, and insurance. We do not allow the sale of pornographic materials at our events and please keep in mind that Creation events do attract children of all ages.
The sale of photographs or postcards of characters played by guests appearing at the convention is prohibited as are cast shots featuring said characters. Pre- Autographed photos are acceptable for display and sale.
Vendors may also not distribute literature promoting other genre events without pre-written confirmation by Creation Entertainment. Although we often allow this to occur at our sole discretion, if the event you wish to promote is directly competitive to existing or planned Creation events, unfortunately we can not allow promotion of said conventions. Distribution of promotional flyers for sci-fi or other genre conventions without permission will result in your booth being closed without refund.
Vendors may not collect names and addresses (e-mail or otherwise) of event attendees without written approval from promoter.

Creation takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen during these hours: it is up to vendors to carry insurance for their goods.
Please keep your area neat and clean. Kindly bring along a trash bag to collect your garbage and food left-overs. Your help in keeping the facility clean allows us to come back next time!
All tables come with up to two complimentary VENDOR PASSES, most often in the form of speciallly coded wristbands that allow you into the vendors room during set up and close down periods. It is necessary for us to physically place these wristbands on, no exceptions. Please make sure to wear them throughout the weekend as we can not replace them. WRISTBANDS will be given out generally the first morning before opening.
Vendors may not "sublet" their space to other companies or persons.
